That's not propaganda. It's common ****ing sense.

If investigators and prosecutors think a forgetful dude murdered somebody and they've got the evidence to prove it, that dude is getting charged with murder no matter how forgetful he is. It would be complete negligence on their part to handle that any other way.

Biden isn't getting charged because they don't have the evidence to proceed.

And I've been saying on here for years that Biden is unfit to be President so you can save that CNN line for somebody else.

From the very first page of Hur's report:

How strong could the evidence possibly be if the investigator doesn't feel it's strong enough to prove Biden's guilt?

He went on to describe how jurors would undoubtedly compare Biden's actions favorably to Reagan's handling of his own diaries and docs, and use that comparison to conclude Biden acts with the notebook weren't sufficiently willful.

He said the same thing about the classified docs (insufficient evidence to prove willful intent).

And he clearly said Biden was cooperative, which was a mitigating factor relative to the aggrevating nature of Trump's alleged conduct:

In the past 30 years EVERY special counsel or independent prosecutor we've had has been a Republican. All of them. Not a single Democrat, ever. Isn't that weird?

Turns out Dems always appoint Republicans because they know they are innocent and want to look as fair as possible. Republicans could give a crap about that and always appoint Republicans, too.

So Heartland, an institute already known for their shoddy and biased work, taps Rasmussen, a right-leaning pollster, to conduct a poll that relies exclusively on self-reporting, a methodology that's well-established as both biased and insufficient on its own, and then wildly extrapolates from that data to make splashy headlines.

Heartland has been around for years and consistently pushes crap. They are consistently derided by media fact-checkers as a highly Questionable source.

It's disgusting and a massive insult to our intelligence to see all these Leftist talking heads smearing conservatives and Trump as "tyrants" who "wage war on democracy" and "wage war on the constitution and rule of law".

This is the ultimate projection, and the Democrats accusing the right of what THEY (the Left) are actually doing and guilty of. It is the communist Democrats who do not believe in democracy. They are trying to take Trump off of the ballot in all these states, and prevent people from being able to vote for the candidate of choice. How is that not a direct attack on democracy? And the communist Democrats (with their traitorous Marxist RINO allies) who are blatantly rigging elections (via mail-in ballot fraud, rigged voting machines, etc). That's the most serious "attack on democracy".

And it's the communist Democrats who are clearly the tyrants waging war against the Constitution. The Democrats are open and flagrant enemies of Second Amendment guns rights, fanatically working 24/7/365 to do as much as they can to eviscerate our gun rights. And they also are now open enemies of freedom of speech and the First Amendment, with Leftists doing everything they can to censor and silence conservatives everywhere they have power (college campuses, Leftist-run Big Tech, etc). And look at how the Biden regime, for example, colluded with Big Tech to try to silence anyone speaking against the "official" narrative on the covid scamdemic.

The Communist Democrats are the flagrant tyrants. They are using the courts to attempt to persecute their main political opposition - ie, these witch hunt trials against Trump, the tragic persecution of the peaceful January 6th protesters. They wanted to force people to take poison injections or lose their jobs. That's not tyranny? They are rigging elections everywhere. They hate this country and are destroying it with open borders and trying to undermine the Constitution and our freedoms.

The Communist Democrats are the enemies of this nation. THEY are flaming tyrants, and the threat to this country. It's a total inversion of reality for them to falsely paint conservatives as the "threat to the nation".
