The coup answer presentation is totally misleading. The poll question pre-loaded the scenario with a justification: the military takeover was described as occurring "to safeguard the Constitution." That matters because respondents weren't simply asked:

"Would you support a military coup against the president?"

They were asked how they would feel about a military takeover framed as protecting the Constitution.

As far as Trump dying, yeah it ain't news that people have less sympathy for colossal *******s that show total indifference or actual malice towards the plight of half the country.

Where is the ownership of why people feel so negatively toward Trump? It ain't because he's a Republican. No Democrats would be saying this **** about John Kasich.
