How about slashing electricity bills in half at the end of his first year? Did that happen?

Weren't you the one complaining about Mandani because of high rent in NYC when he's only been in office a few months? And I responded with showing he froze rent on what he could control and began enacting several policies that still need approval and you claimed it was word salad because you had nothing of substance to respond with?

What are you hoping magically changes in years 3 and 4?

What signs of positive traction are you seeing?
