Love creating some discussion. I've posted here many times that there will be many unexpected deaths as we near the final days. LG may be one of them. He had flipped and supported Trump to a degree. LG was almost certainly ghey and may have been a large part of how he had been compromised very early in his career.

I've never said, or posted, a word about Lady Gaga. I don't know where my pal #Nero got this.

I told you about the Mortgage Fraud many months ago, and I'm not sure if it's made the MSM yet, or not.

Correct. It will become law regardless. Trump would have his veto overridden so he won't veto, and his refusing to sign serves no practical purpose because it becomes law by statute after 10 days.

Which makes Trump's tantruming totally pointless.

It's even worse than that. The SAVE TRUMP act would give the Federal government (via his crooked Dept of Homeland Security) the power to force states to purge their voter rolls.

He's made it more than clear that his plan is to scoop up every state's voter rolls and then purge a bunch of legal citizens (who vote Dem) right before the election, forcing them to litigate getting back on the rolls sometime after the election is over. What Republicans have always done, but on steroids.

The questioning centers on Kavanaugh confirming that there are two bodies of law.

1) Criminal Law
2) Law of Armed Conflict

The point being made is that if you're an American citizen who collaborated with an enemy, you can be treated as an enemy combatant and therefore tried by the military.

And in this case, according to the SCOTUS decision referenced (Johnson v. Eisentrager), a citizen loses certain Constitutional rights that would otherwise allow them to be tried in the criminal justice system.
