It doesn't look like Iran is abiding and the IRGC has sent a message on the maritime channels that ships will be attacked if they go through the Strait of Hormuz. Trump gave them a chance to act accordingly and it does not appear they are going to do that. We will see how it goes and it's not going to be good for the IRGC and Iran.

The 300 billion fund is not U. S. Money. It's money that the other Gulf states are going to LOAN Iran to help rebuild. This is only if they do what they are supposed to do, which again appears unlikely.
