It's a stupid question, because the current "war" isn't "winnable". It was a bad idea to begin with. Best case now we'll have to make a deal that I'm very confident will be worse than the one Trump previously trashed... and Iran's nuclear program will still be intact with people who are actually justified in wanting to seek revenge, you know, for killing their leaders. Do you think we'd tolerate anyone killing our leaders? Yeah, no.
Do I think we should launch a ground invasion to actually win the war and change the regime? Hell no. Let the Israeli's and Saudi's sacrifice their kids instead of conning us into fixing their problems for them.

What did happen is a fairly predictable meltdown of our global oil supply that apparently caught Trump by surprise, and the only play in his playbook isn't working to fix it.

Gotcha. I know you previously said you wouldn't defend Trump, but I just jumped in when you claimed someone said he wouldn't cheer for the US to win the war when it was clear he responded he would. You can hope we win the war without being complicit with what led to it.

How come none of the neighboring Arab countries see them as a country? How come none of those countries want them? Have you seen the border wall with Egypt for example?
