It's not the local police's job to keep poorly trained, impulsive mall cops from glitching and executing Americans.
A coordinated effort is obviously going to optimize outcomes but we're talking about why ICE is roaming the streets and too frequently escalating encounters to the point people get hurt or killed. That's a recruitment, training, and strategic DHS and ICE problem not a local police problem.
When even Stephen ****ing Miller thinks ICE totally screwed up, you know ICE royally shat the bed.
