#Gobbler, do you think its supernatural? Wonder what a #matrix is?
supernatural, no? Embarrassing? 8/10
You never cease to amaze me, LOL.
Do you still love your President?
I was referring to the lady in your post
Hokie, no offense… the rhetorical posts you've made on this ICE subject are disappointing.
- What should be embarrassing to everyone here is the lack of respect of law enforcement executing their responsibility.
- What should be embarrassing are the number of agitators, on the street, sewing chaos.
- What should be embarrassing is a concealed carry person not acting in accordance to their training.
- What should be embarrassing are the number of people arguing the ignorance that they are espousing.
i don't know what to say about all this, other that the world is so screwed up, that it's sad. Now, I find a number of people posting here (you all know who I'm talking about) to be so ignorant! Folks, we have what we have! How far is this going to go?
we will rue the day that we pissed away the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments Cary, and the way we have treated Citizens and folks here who tried to go through the process legally and have been deported on technicalities
If that's ignorant in you're eyes, than I'm fine with that.
I can count on my hand the number of people who post here who have shown not to sacrifice their principles because Trump is in charge
"One day"…."you'll see"…"we will rue the day"….YOU WILL SEE…
Please, we haven't pissed away anything. We are cleaning up a giant mess created by Joe Biden and the people who voted him in office.
It's a messy process because of the sheer volume of ILLEGALS that must be accounted for, so yes some citizens are going to get caught up in the net. Just comply, show ID just like you do in many other situations in life and it will most likely work out? Man just think if local authorities in sanctuary cities would keep bad guys in jail how much easier this would be?
Besides, the marxists that are the former Democratic Party really don't care about preservation of the 1st, 2nd, or 4th Amendments
True. They have been trying to get rid of the 2nd amendment for decades and the only free speech they care for is speech they agree with.
….but they "care" now.
What people are responding to isn't that they're all of a sudden huge 2A supporters.
It's that the Administration is yet again lying about the constitutional protections provided one of their ICE victims.
Is Kash not lying through his teeth here?
You can bring it but it my understanding (and I could be totally wrong) he did not have or at least show an ID that could verify he was legal to carry?
In N.C., you have to have your permit and ID. You also need to immediately disclose to law enforcement if you have a firearm. You also cannot obstruct law enforcement. You also cannot obstruct lat enforcement while armed. You also cannot resist arrest. You also cannot resist arrest while armed.
Life lessons here.
That's why I don't CC. If I'm in a traffic stop, and an officer asks me that question, I immediately assert the Fifth. And not because I have a weapon in the vehicle.
I'm the opposite. I've only been pulled over once since I got mine. I think it helped me get out of my ticket and just get a warning because I was so forthright with the officer.
I was actually riding in a car with someone that I worked with at the time coming back from lunch in downtown Wilmington 6-7 years ago, and there's a little really unnecessary speed drop on a 4 lane divided highway (MLK Boulevard) to 45 MPH, and it's tough to both remember exactly where it starts and to actually go that damn slow on a road like that... so he wasn't paying attention quick enough and we got stopped.
Nothing was said to me by the person I was riding with in advance, but when the officer asked for his license and registration, he presented his license and his concealed carry permit and at the same time verbally announced that he was permitted as such and that he had a weapon in the vehicle. The officer asked him where the weapon was and he indicated that it was locked in the glove compartment along with his registration. The officer asked him to unlock the glove compartment and retrieve his registration and then to please lock it again - which he did. I think the driver I was with actually asked me to put my hands on the dashboard maybe, as that short procedure happened and was completed.
The entire episode was calm and cool. I assume because, he actually followed the exact procedure that he is supposed to in that type situation.
He received a ticket for going 55 in a 45 (which was exactly what he was doing) and the entire traffic stop took less than 10 minutes and we were back on our way. Probably because we were white, I'm sure.
Not sure what any of this means in the big picture, but I just thought I'd share my only one personal experience.
