Wonder why they had to stage fake top secret photos if there was so much overwhelming evidence??
What matters is loyalty, Civ!! Baaaaaa.
Dude has to get an in depth email from somewhere every morning, telling him what today's talking points are supposed to be... it's just way too coordinated with everything else out there to be just his own personal opinion.
It's definitely programming. I see people posting on X posting very similarly and also using the same nicknames. Ironic that they used to cry about Russia!!! and are so easily misled by Russian bots.
I have noticed democrats attempting to manufacture outrage over President Trumps remarks regarding Rob Reiner.
To be fair, what he said was pretty abhorrent regardless of what Reiner said about him. Two wrongs dont make a right.
Its the type of thing that people who arent all in on MAGA who still voted for him say, "you know, maybe take his phone away from him every now and again"
Fair enough, I respect your opinion. I ask why are conservatives ALWAYS required to turn the other cheek and liberals say and do whatever they want?
Have you called out RR for the things he said?
If I had to call out every instance of someone saying something awful about Trump (or any politician for that matter), it would be the only thing I do all day.
My point goes to what jk said, you dont have to comment on everything. Sometimes its completely fine to just let things go. Not everything deserves a response
Back to my question. Why are conservatives ALWAYS required to not respond and liberals are free to say and do whatever they want?
No disrespect to you but I'm tired of it. RR was a vile and disgusting man. I don't care if some double standard (not necessarily you) liberal is offended anymore.
Feel free to disagree.
Look, I understand the thought process and agree to an extent. We see vile things slung at both sides from all over the place. Its escalated in the last 4-5 months as well which is one of the reasons Ive stepped back from the political ledge, because it just awful at this point and does nothing but put me in a bad mood.
At the end of the day, I can only control my actions and I try to do the best that I can (mostly).
This isn't a new phenomenon over the past 4-5 months. This rhetoric has been horrible for a long time. From my perspective, all one has to do is start around 2008 and you will see the rhetoric ramping up big time.
Agreed, I just think its really gotten pretty vile in that time frame. Been taking a lot of steps to remove things from my life (social media is probably the biggest one) in that time frame that dont add to my life and while I still keep up with it because I like to know whats going on, I dont read nearly as much as I used to unless its something that really catches my attention
I agree for the most part. Outside of this board and one other, I only look at Social Media for my personal interest, which are: audio equipment, boats (I'm not sure why because I don't want one), music post on music history, Jazz Music, then some random stuff that show up on my Instagram and Facebook. Actually, Facebook is used to research North Carolina based musical artist from the 60's and 70's.
So, the so-called drag on one's life from Social Media is not one of those things that I'm exposed to, on a regular basis…
