LOLOLOL

Love how y'all slurp down serious police work...errrr...social media blasts from Keystone Cop Kash so eagerly, but this is colossally lame and misleading nonsense.

Evidently the FBI was wrong and the DOJ was right. They got a search warrant didn't they? The DOJ didn't grant themselves that search warrant, a judge did. They presented an affidavit and evidence to the judge, and he saw fit to grant the warrant based on his review of evidence and determination there was probable cause.

This is like you trying to pick apart an internal office disagreement inside a prosecutor's office about whether to pursue charges in a case that they ultimately pursued and won.

And then, once the search warrant was granted they found hundreds classified docs including top secret docs at MAL, after Trump refused to cooperate with the National Archives like Biden, Pence, Hillary, and every other leader from whom the archives ever requested cooperation did, and instead moved the documents around and an apparent attempt to hide them and then played the defiantly inept "Yeah I had them, but I declassified them" card.

You really think you're going to now convince people PC was lacking legally when the DOJ went through proper channels, got a warrant, served the warrant, and found exactly what they believed they'd find after they raided the place?

Anything to distract from the ****ty economy, doubling health insurance premiums, and the upcoming potential mid-term disaster.

Good luck with all that!

Civ, let's have a debate over your TDS. This post is exactly why you get called out.

Which is y'all's standard line when you can't dispute the facts surrounding a topic, and those facts undercut your argument.

This time with zero editorializing, just facts:

Did Trump obstruct the Archives' attempts to obtain documents after he left office, and move documents around MAL? Yes.

Are there any past examples of similar behavior from others from whom the archives has sought to obtain potentially sensitive or classified documents after they leave office? No.

Did the DOJ follow proper legal channels to conduct a search? Yes.

Did the DOJ obtain a proper search warrant to search MAL? Yes.

Did the DOJ execute the warrant and search MAL and find hundreds of classified and dozens of top-secret documents? Yes.

Can we agree about these basic facts? If not, which ones specifically do you disagree with?

Very respectfully Civ, I think your TDS comes out not in the well articulated points you make but rather your somewhat childish insults and overused race bait.

Let's also not forget that Civ wants due process for terrorists, gang members, and drug dealers. But not for Trump. That's a pretty big one.

Liberals did not care one bit about due process as 10 million flooded into country but they want due process to kick them out??

One of the best examples of all. Just like illegals weren't supposed to be getting SNAP benefits, but now we got another "activist judge" ruling that they can't be taken away from them for another 120 days if a "Blue State" wants it to be that way. Suck our real taxpayers dry to support Dems hoping to buy future votes.

Mine are going to double starting January 1, but the rest of the story is that the public was lied to about the ACA from the very start... every single year since I've had to get insurance from the Healthcare Marketplace, at the end of the year when it becomes time to renew, I have to switch my policy to a ****tier coverage and at a higher premium because I'm also helping pay for somebody else that's getting it for free.

Enough is enough.

Dude has to get an in depth email from somewhere every morning, telling him what today's talking points are supposed to be... it's just way too coordinated with everything else out there to be just his own personal opinion.

It's definitely programming. I see people posting on X posting very similarly and also using the same nicknames. Ironic that they used to cry about Russia!!! and are so easily misled by Russian bots.

To be fair, what he said was pretty abhorrent regardless of what Reiner said about him. Two wrongs dont make a right.

Its the type of thing that people who arent all in on MAGA who still voted for him say, "you know, maybe take his phone away from him every now and again"

You think it's about trafficking narcotics into our country? You think it's about years of election theft?

Yes, it is. But it's also broader and strikes at the heart of a much greater global problem. Stay tuned, it may take a number of months to address the broader part of the problem.

Liberals can be closet liberals too. They usually sit in silence and silently judge others. Too many handwringers and pearl-clutchers can lose our country. It's time to buckle up because it's time.

I wonder what would have happened if George Washington didn't cross the Delaware that night but sat idly wringing his hands and fretting.

How about George Patton and his extended march to the Ardennes. He could have huddled up for the snow and cold........but he did not. He'd actually already started his troops in that direction before receiving official orders.

Perhaps people should look at this through the lens of Trump...

The amount of crap that's been thrown his way is just outstandingly horrible. So, lets take the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax... Rob Riener was out there churning up that debunked story (debunked from the very beginning) and making it very personal towards Trump. So, I may disagree with Trump saying anything, I can also see where he has a "No Love Lost" mentality towards the guy. Reiner started the mess and Trump thinks he got the last word. Its that simple...

I don't care about Trumps Truth Social post. Frankly he can say whatever he wants, I find him to be extremely petty. However, releasing this post on other official White House channels is beneath the dignity of the office and shouldn't have been done.

In my mind there is a clear distinction there.

Fair enough, I respect your opinion. I ask why are conservatives ALWAYS required to turn the other cheek and liberals say and do whatever they want?

Have you called out RR for the things he said?

If I had to call out every instance of someone saying something awful about Trump (or any politician for that matter), it would be the only thing I do all day.

My point goes to what jk said, you dont have to comment on everything. Sometimes its completely fine to just let things go. Not everything deserves a response

Back to my question. Why are conservatives ALWAYS required to not respond and liberals are free to say and do whatever they want?

No disrespect to you but I'm tired of it. RR was a vile and disgusting man. I don't care if some double standard (not necessarily you) liberal is offended anymore.

Feel free to disagree.

Look, I understand the thought process and agree to an extent. We see vile things slung at both sides from all over the place. Its escalated in the last 4-5 months as well which is one of the reasons Ive stepped back from the political ledge, because it just awful at this point and does nothing but put me in a bad mood.

At the end of the day, I can only control my actions and I try to do the best that I can (mostly).

This isn't a new phenomenon over the past 4-5 months. This rhetoric has been horrible for a long time. From my perspective, all one has to do is start around 2008 and you will see the rhetoric ramping up big time.

Agreed, I just think its really gotten pretty vile in that time frame. Been taking a lot of steps to remove things from my life (social media is probably the biggest one) in that time frame that dont add to my life and while I still keep up with it because I like to know whats going on, I dont read nearly as much as I used to unless its something that really catches my attention

Wonder why they had to stage fake top secret photos if there was so much overwhelming evidence??

What matters is loyalty, Civ!! Baaaaaa.

I have noticed democrats attempting to manufacture outrage over President Trumps remarks regarding Rob Reiner.

To be fair, what he said was pretty abhorrent regardless of what Reiner said about him. Two wrongs dont make a right.

Its the type of thing that people who arent all in on MAGA who still voted for him say, "you know, maybe take his phone away from him every now and again"

This is 100% correct. The difference between now and then though is that the left doesn't control all of social media, and quite frankly in this case NC State message boards. The right actually has a voice now and that is why rhetoric seems worse. We don't just have to take it anymore. Although the left still tries to shut down message boards and the like.
