This guy is potentially being deported to Uganda, which is a partner country with China, which means he will eventually be sent to China and either tortured and jailed or tortured and killed. I think crossing into the country illegally can be forgiven in the name of national security.

The process is happening exactly like it's supposed to. The article he linked was a straight propaganda piece. ICE did their job. A judge will now rule on whether he is deported. Due process.
