The identity of this guy has been confirmed by facial recognition technology. He was thought to already being dead. This is a guy that the 3 blind mice would like to have residing here in America, right next to you and your family.

CONFIRMED: A foreign power interfered in the U.S. election on behalf of Hillary Clinton.

King Solomon Reporting:
The General Prosecutor of Ukraine stated:
"There's enough evidence for me to open up a criminal investigation into the illicit effort by a Ukrainian to try to influence the United States election in favor of Hillary Clinton."

Court documents:
Ukrainian officials leaked Paul Manafort's financial records to try to sway the U.S. election.
A parliamentary member testified: "I have a tape of these law-enforcement officials saying they did it they attempted to overthrow the United States government specifically to help Hillary Clinton in 2016."

Ukraine's Embassy in Washington confirmed on the record:

That in 2016, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), trying to help Hillary Clinton get elected including Hillary Clinton herself asked the Ukrainian Embassy to interfere in the election by doing three things:

A. Dig up dirt on Paul Manafort
B. Have Ukraine's president create a kerfuffle in Washington about Manafort and Trump during his visit, and
C. Overthrow the United States government

In other words:
While Barack Obama was busy manufacturing an ICA report tying Trump to Russia, not only did Ukrainian foreign power interfere in the 2016 presidential election on behalf of Hillary Clinton, but the Democratic National Committee (DNC), including Hillary Clinton herself, also asked Ukraine to help topple the United States government on her behalf.

You just cannot make this **** up:

Yeah I'm not saying anyone should pass advance judgment but we shouldn't be confused about why determining what happened is important for all of us and it's not because of TDS or "Get Trump."

We also shouldn't act confused about why the Seditious 6 said what they did. It's been obvious for months that Hegseth, the DOD, and this Administration are tightroping illegality with these strikes, on top of Trump's obvious propensity to flout due process and the Constitution.

This isn't directed at you, obviously, but the gaslighting on here about why in the world sane people would think illegal orders are somehow below Trump and Hegseth is silly.

Civ, Hokie is was trying to have a reasoned take on this. Now, I don't agree with him; however, he trying to be neutral. Now, the bolder is exactly why people call you out for TDS. The "obvious" is clearly not obvious and warrants your label.

So, slow your horses down and let this play out…

My opinion: blow up the boat, let the living die in the waters. They made a choice that they shouldn't have and should suffer the consequences. Now, are you thinking that the military should monitor these boats and let them get to our border, then arrest them? Give them the same due process that you and I get?

It's quite obvious.

If they weren't walking the line the DOJ legal counsel wouldn't have issued memos regarding the legality of the strikes in the first place.

Why do that if the boat strikes are clearly legal?

Congressman Carlos Gimenez nuked Wolf Blitzer live on CNN over the Venezuelan strikes.

Blitzer used the moment to question the legality of striking the narco traffickers...but
@RepCarlos didn't flinch.

He fired straight back.

BLITZER: "Why is it questionable…to order a strike to kill individuals who are survivors?"

GIMENEZ: "These are terrorists. Okay?"

"These are these are absolute terrorists."

"You know, I didn't see this kind of scrutiny when the Obama administration was was launching drone strikes against terrorist organizations in the Middle East." ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,daSIEVE

"I mean, that happened all the time. Okay. And so, you know, I didn't see this kind of scrutiny about the survivors, et cetera."

"These are terrorists. They're bringing POISON into the United States. They have killed hundreds of thousands of Americans. And we need to understand that."

"Killed FAR more Americans than than Al Qaeda or Osama bin Laden ever did."

BLITZER: "Let me just be precise with you..."

GIMENEZ: "And so I have no problem with the kinetic strikes that are happening in the in the Caribbean, killing and destroying the drugs that are killing American citizens and have been killing American citizens for years."

Our DEMOCRAT USEFUL IDIOTS are going to wear so much egg, tar and feathers when this is all said and done........it will be laughable. Here is MADURO telling TRUMP to look into our CIA, DEA and FBI actions relative to drugs, trafficking etc in Columbia.

I will go ahead and post here now. Our Deep State GOVT has been - for years - behind drug and human trafficking globally and in a global money laundering operation. The TRUTH is COMING!

Also, another tidbit, do you recall the Tom Cruise movie about Barry Seal? And, if you're old enough, do you remember who Terry Nichols is? Both of these guys had a strong history of working together and working closely in these operations as operatives for our intelligence agencies. This truth will come.

I didn't say it's been clearly illegal. I said they're clearly tiptoeing the line of illegality.

It's why Rand Paul and a few others with a spine have been complaining for months.

You don't have the DOJ issue CYA memos for operations you think are clearly legal.

As far as Congress goes, since the day Trump was elected, Congress has shown themselves to be completely willing to stand idly by and abdicate their duties to stand as a strong branch of government that checks the President's powers.

That was true with tariffs (obviously illegal usurping of Congress' sole ability to levy taxes); freezes on Congressionally allocated funding (obviously illegal usurping of Congress' power of the purse) and other matters. Why didn't Congress do anything then? Why would this be any different?

Regarding the alleged double-tap, it's obviously too audacious for even this neutered Congress to ignore, hence the bipartisan investigations getting launched.

Now get it on the Floor and passed. The Constitution never envisioned or intended a Federal fiefdom running every aspect of our lives with zero accountability. The entire Senior Executive Service (SES) needs to be abolished. We have no kings, no princes or potentates.

By the way, the behind the scenes battle underway with the US Military has been waged by the SES. This is the operational head of our 'Deep State'

This is the same BS asymmetrical analysis we see in Israel/Gaza while Israel attempts to minimize civilian casualties against the backdrop of Hamas taking the exact opposite approach, even with Gazans.

The patently obvious legal differences with these drug runner extrajudicial killings or any other war crimes are in regard to authorization and intent.

While civilian deaths are always incredibly tragic and clearly to be avoided, past administrations were operating with congressional authorization to use military force in Afghanistan and against Al-Qaeda and the Taliban and other involved groups, and there was never any intent to harm civilians.

This administration is extrajudicially executing alleged criminal civilians, with no such authorization from Congress. That's their stated intent. They're proud of it. They laugh about it. They glibly blast out comedic cartoons to the world about it.

And most importantly, they potentially intentionally double back to strike civilian targets more than once to ensure the targets are dead.

See the obvious differences, or no?

Heading to our shores, according to whom?

Where's the proof of that?

Historical evidence of direct drug routes from Venezuela to the US via speedboat?

Surveillance that shows that pattern of import?

Most importantly, do you know how far away the southern Caribbean and Venezuela are from the US? It's literally over a thousand miles. On a speedboat, which is almost certainly not possible without massive supplemental tanks which would negate the whole 'speed' thing, or refueling support along the way. Where is the refueling support or evidence of other sophistication or capability?

And even if you think the boats can make it to Amercan shores - which is obviously in question, wouldn't a more sophisticated operation similar to a war effort involving surveillance, establishing of intelligance, and ultimately apprehension of a much larger network of operatives - suppliers, runners, receivers, and distributors - be more obivously legal and fruitful than playing GI Joe with a thimblefull of drugs in the grand scheme?

More fundamentally, the US isn't winning the drug war by focusing exclusively or even significantly on the supply side, especially in infinitesimally small quantities.

That's never worked, dating back decades. You have to address the demand in this country which is all about mental health, addiction, and other community resources.

This used to be my line of thought until Oregon decriminalized all drugs and it turned out to be a disaster of a policy.

I dont have the answer but I expect its somewhere in between fighting addiction and fighting the cartels.

Hokie doesn't need to pay for anything.

Take a portion of the money being frivolously poured into deleting the supply and reallocate it into treatment instead.

This bears out over and over, whether it's addiction, homelessness, teenage crime, or any other prospective therapy target/need.

Therapy/mentoring is one of the most efficacious, least expensive means of improving outcomes in the community. The ROI is exponentially higher than many/most other interventions. There is zero reason not to do a lot more of it, certainly not because of money.
