National Guard member Sarah Beckstrom died today from the gunshot yesterday in D. C. The other member shot, Andrew Wolfe, is fighting for his life. Please say a prayer for Specialist Beckstrom, her family and friends, and for Air Force Staff Sgt Wolfe and his family in friends.

Whether they are in the guard, reserves, or active duty military, they still join to serve their country and know that they may give the ultimate sacrifice at any time. This one hurts because some foreign lunatic drove across the country to kill them. Rest in Peace Sarah!

Deploying the National Guard for political stunts needs to stop.

It's appalling that even now, the fallout continues with lethal consequences from Biden's disastrous Afghanistan policies.

Anyone see that "We The People" ad that MSNBC is running on other networks trying to promote their rebrand (which is just more of the same as was there before I'm sure)... talk about the words of an advertisement and actual reality not matching whatsoever.

What about the lethal fallout of Trump's asylum policies?

Or the lethal fallout of his made-for-reality-TV National Guard deployments to war-torn blue cities to pick up trash?

At a minimum, he's out there for Conduct unbecoming an Officer under Article 133.

Was he an officer or enlisted as they have different guidelines for the two, as I understand things. Personally, the six Senators actions are abhorrent. The interviews I'm seeing, they are saying that they were just reminding soldiers of their options. Personally, I think that's bogus and this response has become their legal advice.

LOL. They don't need legal advice.

Service members are literally duty-bound to disobey unlawful orders. That's the law as written in the UCMJ.

Now we're pretending it's somehow bad to say that out loud?

You know good and well the never ending GET TRUMP democrats were trying to undermine the President. Anyone being honest with themselves could admit that.

I asked you once, which orders given by the President were unlawful? Please be specific.

"Hey Mike, you need to reject those electoral votes to help me overturn this election."

Murdering noncombatant alleged drug runners is almost certainly unlawful too.

Trump has a clear pattern of illegal and unethical behavior personally, professionally, and executively.

And "undermining" the President already has built-in consequences since following lawful orders is non-discretionary. Soldiers would get court-martialed before they could blink for refusing to follow lawful orders.

Regardless, it's certainly not illegal or a violation of the UCMJ to say "disobey unlawful orders." This talk of court-martialing Kelly or otherwise attempting to punish ex-service and intelligence officials for saying the same is laughable.

The UCMJ literally requires that soldiers disobey unlawful orders.

Thinking that this Administration vetting and giving the murderer asylum, or mobilizing thousands of Guardsmen for fun, are not both germane to this conversation is sticking your head in the sand.

Civ, responding here about several of your post…

The National Guard is the current name of the militia outlined in the constitution. Through multiple laws, in the early 1900, the name became solidified by Acts and responsibilities became clearer. One of the Acts provided the President the ability to mobilize the National Guard into war and for National Emergencies in the mainland.

I think it's clear that the President signed an executive order declaring a National Emergency for all the illegal aliens that came into the country during the Biden era and back.

Perhaps you don't like what's happening; however, in spite of numerous judges putting injunctions and other rulings on the President's actions, based on what I hear, the Supreme Court will shut down these Judges, which will ultimately restore the Article 2 powers to the President. Essentially saying that these judges do "NOT" have the power to intervene in the Presidential powers. Out of their purview!

PHASE ONE:
-Form underground opposition networks.
-Create strong slogans and powerful information operations as recruitment tools.
-Upon a certain well-coordinated signal, well-funded, well-organized mass protests "spontaneously" appear.
-The armed wing of the movement conducts carefully coordinated, precision attacks on certain government infrastructure.

PHASE TWO:
-Discredit military, security, and law enforcement forces through information operations, coordination with friendly media (Jimmy Kimmel? Talkin' to you, Komrade Kelly), strikes, civil disobedience, rioting, and sabotage.
YOU ARE HERE
-Occupy civic facilities and refuse to leave until your demands are met.
-Strengthen and grow a highly organized logistics support network.
-Issue ultimatums to the government, threatening violent uprisings if demands are unmet. The goal is to either have the government acquiesce or engage in violent repression, in each case thereby delegitimizing itself.

PHASE THREE:
-Overthrow the government in a "non-violent" manner that is actually quite violent.
-Open attacks on authorities, seizure of government buildings, destruction of government symbols.
-Coordinate media messaging. If the government attacks, media will accuse the government of attacking "peaceful protestors." If the government makes concessions, it will appear impotent because protestors will not compromise.
-Widespread delegitimization of the government is effective in the minds of the populace; the government either willingly cedes power or is violently removed.
-The once underground opposition forces' leadership now seizes control of the government.

There was nothing wrong with a State offering a different elector set. When it's been done in the past, it was done because of irregularities, as I understand it.

Weren't you spouting off this same mess about the Administration loading "MS-13 gang members" onto planes and shipping them to South American prisons without due process?

And I think even hitting me with the same "why do you care so much about illegal gang members?"

While all the while it was obvious the issue wasn't caring about alleged criminals, it was the lack of due process?

If someone is caught on tape committing murder, should me not wanting them to be executed on the spot rather than apprehended mean that I "care so much about murderers?"

Or does it maybe mean I "care so much about due process and following the law?"

We all have to care about avoidance of punitive extrajudicial consequences because If you violate process often enough, you're going to rob innocent people of their freedom or their lives.

The rest of your unhinged post is not worth the CNN talking points you have been regurgitating for years….

You did not care one bit about due process when 10 million illegals, from all over the world, flooded across Joe Biden's border and the ONLY reason you "care" now is you think you can somehow get Trump.

The cartels have killed millions of Americans over the years so I don't give a * how many of them die without "due process". Don't want to get blown up? Stay in your country and don't run drugs into ours.

You don't care about due process, liar. You have never said one word about the due process for American citizens drone attacked by your God, Obama. You only care because it's Trump.

You side with terrorists because Trump. You side with assassins because Trump. You side with drug cartels because Trump. You side with gang members because Trump. You side with pedophiles because Trump.

You are an enemy of the state, because Trump. Quit lying that you care about due process. You care about propaganda to usurp a president because you're a mentally ill beta sheep.
