As that tweet points out, Trump's "be happy being poorer" statement (coming from the Grifter-in-Chief, of course), and the fact the he's casually talking about ruining your kids' Christmas, is an order of magnitude more politically stupid and socialist loony, but ok, fair enough.
Although to be fair, Bernie is by far the most left Dem in the country, and has never gotten close to winning a Dem primary. Meanwhile Trump is the Republican God King.
Bernie (and AOC) is only wildly popular because he actually gets on stage and fights. People are hungry for that. Most of our guys are a bunch of technocratic librarians who just have no idea how to rile up peoples' lizard brains. Gosh darn it, they just want to govern!
