Yes, I side with the Supreme Court, even one that's unusually conservative. American relies heavily on that safeguard and we're fools to ignore that.

You can act like that's some crazy position to take but siding with an administration that's operating outside the bounds of Constitutionality and openy defying court orders over siding with the Supreme Court that Trump himself historically shaped only makes you look crazier.

You don't get to pick and choose when to abide by the Constitution based on the perceived or actual guilt of the accused.

Taking this to the logical extreme to prove a point, accused murderers that almost certainly committed whatever heinous act they're accused of still deserve a fair trial. Freeing wrongfully accused or innocent future defendants that aren't bad people depends on following the process for people that you think are bad people.

The Garcia case is no different.

Denying the accused their Constitutional due process means all Americans lose.

There's a Constitutional process in place for cases like Garcia's. Follow it.

This isn't hard and the Supreme Court has told and will continue telling folks like you and Gulf that want to ignore the rules that you're wrong.

And there are other obvious precedents.

Judicial precedent has consistently found for over a century that people, explicitly including aliens, are granted due process via the 5th and 14th.

Change the Constitution if you don't like it.

It must have been so hard for you seeing Russia get humiliated for a relatively tiny amount of money and zero American boots on the ground.
