Constitution, Article 1 > Article 2 > Article 3. But all have(had) checks and balances. So, if you want to create fake war and misuse an act from 1798, you're going to get an equal response from the Judicial.

How about Congress do their job, pass laws and then you would have an issue with a judge.

But, it has been proven that the Administration put dozens of innocent Venezuelans so that they could get to the preposterous numbers they said were in the country. So, yes when you believe a gay hairdresser is a violent gang member and you send an innocent man to a foreign prison I would expect Congress and the Judicial to intervene. That IS something that needs to be perfect. It been far from perfect, and a lot on here are excusing it because they are xenophobic

Biden, Soros and Company brought in about 15 million on top of the 20-25 million that were already here. That's 40 million court hearings at 10 per day, thus about 4 million days of court. Spread that out over 1000 days (3+ years) that's how many courtrooms? Yep, makes perfect sense.
