Now, I don't see where this was a deliberate constitutional violation. Assuming all this is real, I don't think it was deliberate; rather, an unfortunate happening. It happens! It needs to be fixed and compensated properly.

No they're not. It's considered attacking the poster. Every time someone tries to moderate this forum we get blamed for "infringing on someone's 1st Amendment rights. I'm a Democrat, my wife is, my father in law and mother in law is. My FIL is a retired Baptist Minister. I don't have to go around wearing my faith on the my sleeve. I do it by showing the same compassion to everyone that I think Jesus would. Ernie crossed the line like I've never before. I don't even care if he was drunk. The things he said were wrong. I was taught that a drunk mans words are a sober mans thoughts.
