And that's a lot of electoral confidence for a party that got trounced three straight election cycles after Trump was elected the last time. You seem to forget how all that stuff that he says that his base eats up on the campaign trail works a lot less well when he actually tries to govern.
The problem is that it all looks brilliant, at least for the time being, because the previous administration set such a low bar for both, competency and integrity.

While I agree this is needed, I feel like the Transportation department has bigger fires to put out right now. Maybe come back to them in a couple of months and let them get their house in order after the last couple of weeks
