She deserves to be fired... what a bunch of CYA bullsh**. How does a fire chief not understand that the hydrant system has limits? It had nothing to do with a reservoir, there was actually plenty of water. But when you're fighting wildfires on hilly terrain and the water runs out from the water tank on your hill your hydrants lose all water pressure. Hydrants will never be adequate for fighting wildfires. That's what helicopters are for (that couldn't fly in the 100mph winds).

Lol, this reminds me of when Faux News was running around the streets of Lahaina right after their fire, desperate to turn it into a blue state political scandal. They never miss an opportunity. What a bunch of slime balls.
