But why the panic? Considering it rationally, the polls must narrow drastically over the next ten months for the kind of electoral fraud used in 2020 to be reemployed such that the nation would (if grudgingly) accept it. Texas was rebuffed last time when they asked the USSC to intervene. A reoccurrence would only accelerate an already growing secessionist movement. But that's an extreme "out there" scenario. A more likely piece of evidence that the uniparty thinks Trump will win is in the 2024 NDAA. They've inserted a provision to keep a US President from pulling the US out of NATO.
Lol, is that what that was? Hoo boy.

Another rational possibility for your consideration: If Republicans do lose the next election, it could be because you guys are absolutely unhinged, and given enough time that's what democracy does to unhinged people.

When you and your buddies are sitting around discussing this mythical fraud from 2020, what evidence do you point to?

How do you reconcile all the Pubs on bipartisan elections boards having to be complicit?

How do you excuse all the lawsuits that were lost unsuccessfully attempting to prove fraud?

Why isn't any good evidence ever produced in court instead of on Newsmax or OAN or TruthSocial?

Why didn't Dems swing the House and develop a clearer Senate majority too if they were so good at cheating?

We've covered court findings in Wisconsin and Georgia for example, ad nauseam, I decline to discuss established matters further.

The extent of the fraud is so massive that many cannot grasp it and thus refuse to consider it. In the case of #theSieve he prefers socialism immediately and hasn't a clue as to how slippery the slope to communism would be. Power in the hands of a few...........he just can't come to terms with it. He's a product of the gaslighting news media as it was slowly and methodically infiltrated over the last 60-70 years. He hasn't anything to compare to it at 35-40 years old.

It's all around us .......just look. The fraud was massive and across all aspects of voting primarily in the swing states and their urban counties.

If you really want to see what makes people support a Trump like person, just watch the last season of Jack Ryan, on Prime. It epitomizes the mind set of MAGA.

Yes, yes, I know it's a TV show; however, the message is clear, from my perspective…

More Hitler-parroting...errrrr...Nazi meme-ing from y'all's boy.

Which makes sense, given he was fascinated with Hitler and evidently kept his speeches on his bedside table.

Yep, definitely seems like just an internet meme just like y'all were claiming last month. Definitely pure coincidence the man sounds like a Hitler and kept his speeches on his bedside table.

So now that's it's obvious that our likely future president actually is parroting Hitler, and that wasn't just an internet meme, the problem is people talking about him doing it.

Not him, you know, actually doing it.

That's very on brand. Nobody can talk about or criticize the undemocratic stuff Trump says or does. That stuff's not a problem.

The actual problem is TDS.

He'd actually have to read a book about Hitler to parrot him. I honestly think Trump doesnt believe the stuff he says, he just says it because he thinks it will help him win. The problem is the people who are telling him what polls well with his fans doesn't make for sound policy.

You also can't deny the Trump himself really likes him some authoritarian governments (Putin, China, North Korea) as well as those who kiss his ass (Putin & North Korea)

What packgrad and the rest seem to not grasp is that some of this crazy **** is bound to become policy, which will then be rejected as unconstitutional by the Courts, with the end game being a complete destruction of and belief that structural aspects of the US Government system all need to be torn down.

For a bunch of people who hated seeing Antifa protests, they sure have a similar strategy when it comes to tearing the apart a pretty good representative government.

But hey, at least they've convinced themselves that actually not governing and just blaming the government is "winning"

Im not a constitutional scholar, but does that not require a conviction to be true? To my knowledge, the state of Colorado has never even pressed charges against Trump.

Im somewhat fascinated on what the supreme court does here. I think more than likely itll be overturned on party lines, but Ive been wrong before.

Fascinated, and likely gets overturned. Even if overturned I'd be curious to read their opinions.

Several aspects of this have just never been adjudicated before because conduct like Trump's has been virtually nonexistent previously, especially by past Presidents.

What constitutes insurrection, legally?

Is the President covered by section 3?

Does it require a conviction to be enforced?

Is it enforceable by the courts, or only by Congress?

I was not a Trump guy in 2016 and did not vote for him. I did not vote for the ***** either.

He is not a conservative, but he did more for the United States than any other President in my lifetime except for Reagan. He made us energy independent. He tried to break the continuing resolution saga Congress has embraced by having a shutdown. The economy under him was probably the best it's ever been with very low inflation. He did this although the Republican majority in the House fought him the whole way because they believed the Russian Collusion Bull ***** Not a bit of it true. Also had a hostile media against him the whole time. Take into account that the 2020 election was stolen(I know you won't admit it but the evidence is there) he probably would have disabled the Deep State considerably. But because stolen elections have consequences, we are suffering probably the worst time ever in the U.S. during my lifetime.

As I said, Trump is not Conservative, but his policies were Conservative. But I guess you like a weaponized Federal Government going after Patriots for just practicing their First Amendment rights. Going after the leading Presidential candidate in the opposite party with more Bull **** lawsuits. The border is a mess but you are worried that Trump committed an Insurrection when he did not.

When has a political party ever completely covered for an obvious crook in the Oval Office, demanding that he's above the law no matter what he does? Because that's what the Republican party has done. And now that he's out of office and the justice system (including MANY conservatives) is coming for him, we get an onslaught of whiney tweets like this.

Sorry guys, no one is above the law. Next time don't elect a crook.

Well, Im certainly no constitutional scholar; however, I have a few thoughts...

As someone pointed out earlier, Trump does not have an indictment for insurrection; not even from Smith

Should we be comfortable with courts ruling without an indictment?

the 14th amendment had a specific purpose. I'm hearing that it's certainly not for what its being argued.

Now, this one is an interesting point to consider... The primaries are done by the Party's and executed by the States. The Election is for a Federal position, executed by the States. Can the US Supreme Court actually overturn what the Colorado Supreme Court did? If this was for the actual election, I believe they can, not so sure about this ruling...

Lol, uh huh. By "crook" I mean someone for which there are mountains of actual evidence pointing to crimes. Not just someone you don't like who wink wink surely is a crook but the evidence is all being hidden by the Illuminati.

You really think Trump was indicted without tons of actual evidence, and the entire U.S. Justice System is in on the conspiracy? Of course you do.

This both dramatically overstates what events are actually attributable to Trump and then undersells the current state of things.

What specifically did Trump do that made it the best in your lifetime? He struggled to staff positions and spearhead legislation.

It's not a "First Amendment right" of Trump's to try to overturn an election.

Why hasn't the election fraud evidence ever been produced in court?

What exactly is going on to make you think we're in the "worst time ever" in your lifetime? Is it the economy? It is impossible to compare today's economy, post-COVID to the economy under Trump pre-COVID. Or if you want to compare the economy now to the pre-COVID economy and blame Biden for it, you have to blame Trump for letting our economy crash during COVID (which isn't right - the dip wasn't Trump's fault nor was the starting point for Biden taking office Biden's fault). But our economy right now is outperforming virtually all of our peer nations. That may not be good enough for you but there's no reason to think Trump would have the economy outperforming our peer nations significantly more than Biden already does (to the extent either President effects the economy, which isn't much).

He didn't drain the swamp, and there is no reason to believe any swamp-draining will occur the second time around either.

The US's net importing energy situation had already fallen by 75% from its 2005 high by the time Trump took office. It was already trending strongly towards us being net exporters, which finally occured in 2019. But that trend has continued under Biden and we're now even more of a net exporter than we were when Trump was in office. Under Biden we're more energy-independent than we've been in 75 years.

Quote:

Net U.S. exports grew from 0.61 quadrillion British thermal unit (Btus) or "quads" in 2019 to 3.48 quads in 2020. In 2021, President Biden's first year in office, net exports increased slightly more to 3.62 quads.

Last month the EIA released data showing energy production and consumption numbers for all of 2022. You can see all the data here. In 2022, U.S. net energy exports grew to 5.94 quads, which is the highest number on record. Total U.S. energy production was also the highest on record. Overall, the U.S. produced 2.5% more energy in 2022 than we consumed. By comparison, in 2005 the U.S. consumed 44% more energy than we produced.

In conclusion, 2022 marked the highest level of US energy independence since before 1950. This milestone was achieved through a combination of factors, including the shale boom which led to a steady decline in net energy imports, rather than being solely attributed to any specific presidential administration.

But given the trend before either took office, neither president should be trying to claim anything in particular they did was responsible (although I'm sure both do).

That is all on the Congress not Trump, but have it. He can propose a budget, but it's the House and the Congress that control the spending. You are just blind to the facts. We have the FBI, DOJ, and several other agencies trying to silence Americans, spying on them illegally, charging them for practicing their First Amendment rights to redress their government and on and on. You seem completely happy with those things happening, but you claim you want to follow the Constitution. How is that working out for the American People.

We are not going to agree. Trump has his faults, but the mess we are in is due mainly to the Deep State and UNELECTED bureaucrats making laws without passing it through Congress. You think Trump is bad but you don't see the corruption throughout.

Respond if you want. I will not read it. I am putting you on ignore and I suggest you do the same with me.

It's pretty simple, Trump has been found guilty of nothing and this should and will be overturned by the Supreme Court. Just like everything else the idiot libs have tried this is one million percent political. This election should be decided by the voters and not by these clown judges.

This will be overturned and once it is these same idiots are gonna say the Supreme Court is illegitimate, just watch.

I'm shocked that anyone (outside the far left loons) would cheer on this decision.
