I agree there is zero chance Brennan gets a treason charge. However, its becoming clear he fudged protocols and they will need someone to throw under the bus. He isnt particularly liked anywhere, so to me, hes the obvious person to take the fall

The Durham Report already covered this ground several years ago.

So how is it becoming clear? Are you saying a bunch of new information is going to come to light via a new investigation?

Or is this simply a reframing of information we already knew?



Do you know that the recently released classified documents were already available in the Durham report for public viewing? Perhaps you can point to those in the Durham report.

that would be specifically, the evidence used to secure a FISA Warrant against Carter Page. I'm sure you'll spin it, but they basically were able to spy on a guy using fraudulent reports as evidence. I could give two ****s what happens in Fox News, I don't watch it other than the 15 seconds I'm waiting for the elevator in the morning as it and MSNBC are on in the lobby for some stupid reason.

They had mountains of probable cause, because like pretty much everyone on the Trump team, Page had a peculiar association with a Russian oligarch. The first two FISA warrants were completely valid... it was the subsequent two that were called into question on a pretty weak technicality, and the FBI agent (not Comey) involved already pled guilty and got probation.

Even with the irregularities, it's not clear if it would have changed the outcome of being granted those final 2 warrants. And of course Mueller couldn't make sense of Page's contradictory testimony, and was of course obstructed, so he never bothered to pursue it. (MAGA translation: "Page was totally exonerated!")

So yea, good luck going after Comey with that nothingburger.

Lawyers, FBI or otherwise are said to be "officers of the court", and if they deceived the court on a matter such as this, as a minimum, they should be referred by the FISA judges for disbarment. That they are not as of this date, further highlights a severe problem in the judicial system.

Well, I'm not an economist but I did gladly vote for your President Trump. If he's okay with the deal, I'll roll with that as I think he's doing what he thinks is best for America. Feel free to disagree.
