the law was passed by Congress and affirmed by the Supreme Court. Trump is obliged to faithfully execute the law. He isn't. This is illegal.

The executive can delay in such case as a written agreement is being finalized. that's not why he stopped it.

No I do not and nor don't really care, but that is besides the point, the law clearly states he can't issue an executive order to do so.

Jonathan Turley's take on the move by Trump. I did not realize the 90 day extension in the law expired on Jan 19. Agree an executive order should not be used to bypass the law.
