The Justice Department had mountains of actual evidence to go after Trump. Unfortunately in our system an a**hole billionaire can delay things for years. If Trump hadn't run for President again, though, he most definitely would be doing time. That's why he ran.

You're confusing that with Trump just going after someone despite there being no evidence of a crime whatsoever. The amendment passed ages ago. It got ratified by it's 38th state (making it official) in 2020. What's unclear is whether it's constitutionally legal to put a deadline on ratification or to be allowed to rescind a ratification. Biden just insured that this will finally go to court and get decided. Again, if you think that's impeachable then you've been smoking some of Tucker Carlson's stash. And I'll save you the effort... the 20 other things don't exist, either.
