Lets hope no one crosses a DA enough for him to just ignore the 8th amendment, which prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.

Maybe we the democrats will decide to get Obama on the ballot again in 2024 and just ignore the 22nd amendment, which bars a president from running for a 3rd term

I am waiting for democrats to start to push the 15th amendment and tell all of the white people that they aren't allowed to vote anymore....after all..prohibiting the denial of the right to vote based on race isn't an absolute thing anymore.


Maybe this is a good thing though. I certainly believe that the 14th amendment needs to have a few changes. I also think that we need to change the 26th amendment to not allow people to vote until they turn 25. I'm ok with changing the 24th amendment as well to where if you don't own land you don't get to vote. We should get rid of the 16th amendment completely. Congress shouldn't be levying an income tax at all quite frankly. The 10th amendment should be stamped on every politicians forehead ...because they obviously have no idea what it means, same with the 11th amendment. I definitely thing that the 17th amendment should be adjusted and we should go back to state legislatures picking the senators instead of the popular vote

Before anyone makes a comment about how that may or may not of been Biden's intent....don't forget that words matter.....

Please deny what exactly? I told you I'm not wasting my time on the electoral fraud fairy tale that Trump concocted and promoted for months so he didn't have to acknowledge being a loser, and a loser to a really old, very average candidate at that.

I'm pleased to acknowledge there was no proof of collusion if you'll acknowledge that there was incontrovertible proof of Russian meddling that Trump's team actively encouraged and used to his electoral benefit and that Trump for some reason was never man enough to acknowledge.

What question are you talking about? Citizens United?

I'm no legal scholar obviously but the whole topic is fraught. On one hand I don't know that the limitation of corporation's ability to communicate political messages is constitutional; on the other hand I don't think the public benefits from unlimited corporate election spending and Super PACs.

I definitely don't have a canned response to the case. Seems like every "solution" just creates other problems of equal or greater magnitude.

The constitution does not speak to campaign donations; therefore, it's not in the Federal Legislative jurisdiction. See cowboys post above on the 10th amendment.

Now, here is how I solve the issue on corporate donations:

  • repeal the 16th amendment of the constitution
  • Repealing will stop the taxing of corporations
  • Pass a law prohibiting corporate campaign contributions - this might get challenged at the Supreme Court and is in direct conflict to my point above regarding the 10th amendment
  • Supreme should rule according to the core tenet of: No Taxation without Representation. So, no taxation, no contribution

My belief is that a corporation in an entity. A corporation cannot place a vote; therefore, they should not be giving contributions. If we are not taxing a corporation, then, they should be ok or; rather, I will be ok with it...

it tickles me that everyone always refers to Trump when they talk about foreign interference in an election....but the Clinton campaign and democrats actually funded a foreign entity to dig up information on someone that was running for the same office from a different political party and then funneled it to the FBI, where it was used to investigate and smear the opposition candidate. This was all testified to under oath during congressional hearings.....

So here's what Sleepy Joe and his merry band of SOCIALISTS have proposed this week to try and turn this country into a single party run SOCIALIST state.



  • infringing on 2nd Amendment rights with restrictions and appointing far left anti-gun leader of the ATF
  • telling the American people that "no Amendment is absolute..." that in itself should make the lefties take their heads out of the rear ends but it won't.
  • refused to acknowledge any issue at the border allowing for basically "open borders."
  • appointing an extremist to head the committee on expanding the SCOTUS because it's not "balanced." translation "we want power"
  • constantly lying about his "infrastructure" plan including all sorts of leftist wish list items like healthcare, abolishing right to work states, home care for the elderly, more bailout money for blue states, amnesty for ILLEGAL immigrants just to highlight a few
  • his latest is auditing of America's wealthy. in other words REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH

Again I'll challenge those of you on the left that can't seem to find a keyboard when the facts are presented to you to tell me how wrong I was/am on how your **** show of a party are not SOCIALISTS.

Only one party is attempting to turn this country into an Autocracy and damn sure isn't the GOP.

I know none of you will respond because you can't dispute the facts, you can't prove me wrong and you know I will call you out when you try to lie and BS your way through a rebuttal.

I remember some poster who posted in one word answers most of the time who pretended he cared about those south of the border attempting to illegally cross. I put him on ignore because his posts were all the equivalent of "nuh uh, you are". Not the least bit surprised he's on a milk carton now.

It's all about power with the lefties.... they staged photo ops during the Trump Presidency at the border and now they won't even visit and the problem is 1,000 times or more worse.

That tells you all you need to know about the character of the SOCIALIST party and their followers.

This in a nutshell tells you all you need to know about the SOCIALIST PARTY, their condescension, smugness and overall "we are better than you personas."

How damn pathetic is this? Imagine her placating to the African American Communities, Latino Communities or Asian Communities. What would the outrage have been if Trump's Press Secretary said.." we are running adds on BET, Oprah Network...etc..." or "we are running ads on Telemundo."

Everyone knows he'd be labelled a racists. But, again, with the lefties, the only ones that can be an ( -ist ) of any sort is a Conservative. What a damn joke!

So much to unravel with this **** show of an administration. I hope you lefties are enjoying burying your heads in the sand. You damn sure should. I'd be ashamed if I voted for and still supported this **** show.

What stereotype is being placated to? President Trump signed the Prison Reform Bill that Dear Leader never signed.

He was able to get dozens of non-violent offenders released. Laughable that you would choose to use that picture since that was one of his early opponents in 2020. Try and keep up.

Not to mention he asked the African American voters this question.."(sic)......what the hell do you have to lose? what has the democrat party done for you in over 80 year?....."

Damn good question. I'll help you with the answer in the cities that they have run.

  • kept them poor

  • made sure crime stayed high
  • kept them dependent on the government
  • helped keep the view of the nuclear family negative

Gotta keep those guaranteed House of Representative seats. The lefties invented gerrymandering and have made it their mission in politics to masterfully dissect every district in America to have at least 2 -3 per state that they never have to spend money in, campaign Nationally for and most of all, have to worry about convincing the voters who to vote for.

You see exactly how they do it. It's sad. As sad as the lefties on here trying to defend it.
