I've already said multiple times on this thread I'll eat crow and accept court results if major fraud is actually found. But so far, no real evidence has been provided.
And you can bring up Russia, but where have I ever gone off on Russia stuff? Media went hysterical over that crap. I won't argue against that

Let's take a look back at how this "inexcusable transition" was viewed by Trump's team back in 2016.

Trump in his inaugural adress:

"Every four years, we gather on these steps to carry out the orderly and peaceful transfer of power, and we are grateful to President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for their gracious aid throughout this transition. They have been magnificent."

McEnany in 2016 on CNN called Obama a hero for how graciously he handled the transition:

"We're commending the people who have put feelings aside and done what's for the betterment of the country and that's President Obama," she said. "Who put out a statement when this all was going on saying, 'Look, we believe the vote represents the voice of the American people.' And he has acted like a gracious, really hero in all of this, the way he's accepted this and moved on."

It's funny how the story changes when people question their own behavior. Kayleigh McEnany seriously has zero shame whatsoever.

Meh. Just Republicans being gracious in the transition.

Speaking of zero shame, let's go back to around the same time and dig up some Obama quotes on Biden's competency then vs now. Yikes.

They were able to be gracious because there was a transition. The Election was on a Tuesday, Clinton conceded the next morning. The Obama's had Trump's to the White House on the Thursday for the tour and Donald's first meetings.

Obama and Biden certainly weren't the best of friends back when they were in office. Obama can think that Biden isn't a great fit for the job and still think he is a better fit than Trump and thus worthy of campaigning for. Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

I wonder what will happen when the Trump supporters will do when Biden is inaugurated on January 20th. As any candidate that got 306 electoral votes and 5.98 million more popular votes than did the losing Republican candidate.

2.Asking for the count to continue in some states while asking for the counting to stop in other states. I give you Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan And Wisconsin. What is good for the Goose is god for the Gander.

3.Resisting the peaceful transfer of power. I understand that he thought their might be issues that he could carry to court. I think there are over 30 court cases he or the RNC have been dismissed or ruled against them. So isn't it getting time to recognize that he has lost the election?

Please If you are a Trump Supporter just read what I say. If you don't agree. I encourage you to voice views that could change my or others minds.

1. Why do you only have an issue with Trump in that regard? Biden does the same. Democrats do the same. The media does the same. Why is it just Trump that hurts democracy?

2. That's not what he asked. Perhaps you should educate yourself more on the situations.

3. More fake news. He has done nothing to "resist the peaceful transfer of power".

I think you would be well served to educate yourself on the situation, as opposed to just spouting liberal talking points that are untrue. I don't think a Trump supporter on a message board is going to change your mind if you truly seek enlightenment.
1. What accusation has Biden made since the election that is false? I am not talking about before the election when both candidates were campaigning.

2. That is exactly what he said in tweets. Perhaps you should educate yourself on that manner. Or tell the president to stop tweeting. Because it leaves a trail.

3.I understand that he needed to look into the matters were he thought there might be wrong doing. But how many cases do you have to lose before it becomes apparent that you have lost? You are right I don't think I will find a Trump supporter on a message board to change my mind. I do how ever read them and consider what was written.

4. When do you consider what you hear from what ever source like "election fraud" to be fake news?

1. Oh, so only during a specific timeframe (which I'm not at all inclined to search Biden quotes) is truth important for democracy. That's a hell of a position there. Lol.

2. Context matters. If you care to understand, perhaps you should try educating yourself instead of liberal talking points using things out of context.

3. How many cases has the campaign "lost"?

4. Every single time I think it is.
1. During the campaign is during the battle I give more leeway for both candidates to mistake issues and get things wrong. After the election I expect a different standard. I give President Trump this same leeway.

2. I agree with all my heart. Exactly why you should not try to govern or get your point across on social media if you are the President of the USA. You should educate yourself instead of taking the far right talking points.

3. There are over 30 that are either the campaign or the RNC. I ask you what is the difference? Who is the leader of the RNC?

1. 47 years of lies as an elected official. Your desire for truth has little tooth.

2. Agree first sentence. 2nd sentence I would agree if he was given a fair shake with media. He isn't so he has used Twitter to get his voice across. Third sentence is just a childish "You are!" remark.

3. Again, educate yourself. This is fake news.
1. I really do not get it. You act like Donald Trump has never lied. The man lies more than any elected official I have ever seen. Then you pick out lies for your moral ground. Come on man.

2.If you look above you started the childish you are remarks first.

3. What part of this is fake news? That there are not over 30 dismissed or lost lawsuits for the campaign or RNC concerning the presidential election? Or what? Please explain. Or is it you have no explanation?

1. No I don't.
2. Whatever.
3. The campaign and the RNC have not had 30 lawsuits dismissed or lost. That is fake news.
You are probably arguing with a 14 year old... best thing to do is just ignore him.

What people do know is that the Presidents lawyer colors his hair with Hersey's syrup.
And most important he lost the election by 5.98 millon votes or Joe Biden got 302 electoral votes and President Trump got 232.
Georgia certified their election. Their secretary of state said there was no irregularities.
More states to come.

And the governor of Georgia did something very odd... he didn't finalize the certification to let any legal action to move forward. I'm listening to Lin Wood, this morning, and he says his legal action is still very open. He believes his action will go to the Supreme Court.

Some proof would be a start. I can sign an affidavit right now saying I voted 100 times for Trump. All of your twitter posts have been people stating something as fact, but there is nothing to validate they aren't just making crap up.
Where are these stacks of thousands of "pristine" ballots all voting for only Biden. The physical ballots still exist.
These trucks that dropped off ballots at night, where is the security footage, plenty of cameras in those areas.
Vote switching software would be pretty much impossible to hide in source code. The thought that a company could do this and reasonably expect to never be caught is dumb. The leadership down through their cyber security developers would have to be idiots
"I can sign an affidavit right now saying I voted 100 times for Trump."

And if you do:

  • You should be prosecuted for perjury
  • if you did vote 100 times, you should be prosecuted for voter fraud

Statements like yours are very uniformed. If any of the people have signed an affidavit misrepresenting the facts, for political purposes, they should be prosecuted to the maximum amount.

Signing an affidavit carries the same perjury as if you perjure yourself on the stand...

You would be better saying: the facts will come out as this mess progresses. What you said is very juvenile.

Lol. Ok buddy. The main point is that no proof has been provided in this thread and affadavits do not constitute proof.
If/when the affadavits are proven false, you may see prosecutions. However there exists a large gap where it can be tossed in court as hearsay, but can't be proven sufficiently false for prosecution.
I've already said multiple times on this thread I'll eat crow and accept court results if major fraud is actually found. But so far, no real evidence has been provided.
And you can bring up Russia, but where have I ever gone off on Russia stuff? Media went hysterical over that crap. I won't argue against that

Again, very juvenile! Nobody has said we have proof. What we have is evidence. That is exactly what an affidavit is: Evidence!!!

Nobody is asking you to eat crow if all this goes Trumps way. As I have said repeatedly, the Trump legal team says they have evidence. I say: go through the process and let's see what happens.

I am absolutely positive that you have no idea if the evidence is supportive of a court ruling in Trumps favor or not. Step down off your high horses and be reasonable and let's debate with civility.

First, I'm being quite civil thank you.

Second, multiple posts in this thread have mentioned various allegations having "proof." My post was specifically a reply to Bas, who's last post was,

" There is over 500 signed afidavits and numerous expert witness testimony, including a former dominion employee... and it sounds like more is coming.
How much "proof" do you want? This reminds me of the UNC cheating scandal when people wanted a "smoking gun"...like Roy Williams or Butch Davis caught on video tape... despite hundreds of pieces of evidence showing the cheating.

Civility means...

Perhaps you should have said what I say: They have evidence that needs to be proven in court.

That would be a more civil conversation, right?

That is all that's happening right now. Evidence. You can question the evidence all you want. You could also ask for more detail and try and understand what is being collected. It's all your choice.

My question for everyone (both Republicans and Democrats): why were none of us talking about the election fraud issues being brought by the likes of Elizabeth Warren last year? She, along with other Democrats, called this out. Perhaps, we all should have taken notice...

Fix the process last year, as being called out by the Democrats, and we wouldn't be dealing with this mess...

This fraudulent Investigation in election fraud is a circus. President Trump has nobody to blame but himself on why he list this election. He tried to down play and even called Covid 19 a sham. Not once but several times. Then he tried to address it but could not help himself on trying to divide this nation and could not follow through. Then just before the election he said we are rounding the corner on it. Now close to 2000 Americans die ever day. Rudy sweating hair dye a lawyer saying a dead dictator. For gosh sakes. Why does anybody want to believe there was election fraud. I don't understand why anyone would even vote for him.

I'm ok with you thinking this a sham. Are you ok with others having a different opinion? If so, slow down on the rhetoric and let the whole mess play out. If you are confident in the outcome, then, I would think you would just let the outcome happen. Nothing to worry about, right?

  • Rudy's hair issues are not relevant to anything other than you making a mockery out of him...
  • The number of people that die daily is horrible, I would agree. What about the 40M+ abortions that have happened? A life is a life, right. Science, at least says: it's a life, shortly after conception and we kill it.
  • People would vote for him because they see the Democratic Party wanting to take the country into some very horrible areas, their opinion...

I don't know what it is for Powell, but a lot of people think the endgame for Trump is upping the price for his bookdeal and continuing to sell out rallies for his cult to try to pay off his mountains of debt that is coming due.

A thought occurred to me while reading that Chris Christie article:
(and I'm sure others have already thought this as well)

Isn't it interesting how all the Trump supporters freely believe the election was fraudulent and Trump was screwed and the Dems stole the election and are nefarious cheaters..........

While not even considering that maybe the same thing applies to Trump? That instead, he's doing EXACTLY what they believe happened to him?

I mean...if there was evidence of huge amounts of fraud, we'd have it now. There's no such thing as "She's holding it back for court". B.S.

They'd be right out front with it, and if it existed every single network would be all over it in an instant, because it'd be the biggest story in the history of stories, at least in peacetime. It wouldn't matter that it'd mean Trump won, the networks first and foremost care about $$$$.

But: Nothing. There's no story because there's no evidence. That much is clear now. If there was, they wouldn't let it drag on this long, this is something that needs to be done quickly.

Instead of having evidence of fraud and calling it out, the Trump team cried fraud and then started looking for evidence. That much is obvious.
