For some saying the Trump campaign has a bad losing record in court, you are flat out wrong. Pretty sure the campaign only has 3 lawsuits out right now and they are all active. Most of the lawsuits that have lost are private citizens. Rudy mentioned it yesterday that they lost because they don't have standing and he said that was probably correct on all accounts, although he did not have details of all those suits filed by private citizens.

More media disinformation that some love to put on here. This from one of the lawyers on Trump's team, Jenna Ellis. She would know.

She's splitting hairs. So maybe it was the local Republican party or the national party on Trump's behalf, but the count is pretty accurate.

And there's this, funny how so many Republicans changed their tune on Trump once he got elected, when they had already stated how they REALLY felt about him: (and she was telling the truth then)

Or maybe she changed her mind, and so many Republicans changed their mind, 4 years later. I can definitely be considered as a conservative that changed my mind.

In March of 2016 a lot of republicans did not know what to think of Trump. That was in the middle of heated primaries and he was this bombastic non political person. A lot of people didn't think what he was saying was possible and would doom him in the political world. And a lot of people thought he was lying and wouldn't govern the way he campaigned. By November of 2016 most republicans had come around but there were some that were worried. Once he showed what he could do as president everyone came on board with the exception of the never Trumper wealthy pompous conservative types who have now joined the socialist party.

About what? Trump?

Look, I greatly enjoyed the tears of the liberal media on election night 2016. It was great to see, after they openly campaigned for Hillary and against Trump.

But that never changed the fact that Trump is an absolutely terrible person, and hasn't been a good President overall.

It's appalling to me, to see so many conservatives get behind a guy who not only isn't conservative at all, but is an absolutely despicable human being.
It's appalling, because most of these people are the same ones who were outraged by Bill Clinton poking interns. Just outraged.
And now they've sold their souls just to win.

Basically, they've become UNC fans without even knowing it. No morals, no ethics, just put "our guy" in office, as long as it's not "their guy".

That's reprehensible to me. I don't care about winning so much that I am willing to overlook EVERYTHING about a candidate.

I hoped Trump would rise above things and do better. He has not. Yes, some of his image is because of the way he's treated by the media, and Republicans are rightly angry about that.....but what they're NOT outraged by, and should be, is the fact that a lot of what the media has reported about Trump.....is actually true.

But my fellow conservatives have decided to ignore all that and simply support this narcissist no matter what.

That is very disturbing to me. I don't support anyone that blindly. I will call out my own people for things if it's necessary...and it's beyond necessary at this point, but still these fool cling to "the election was stolen".

No it freaking wasn't. Hell, I have a relative who says "he's seen the real figures and Trump actually won California". Good grief. He lost Cali by over 5 million. Anyone who thinks that could have been faked seriously needs help.
I've seen a video linked that claims the Army has "raided servers in Germany" or something like that. There aren't even any servers there. And the Army has said it's not so. But yet it's out there, being repeated by actual elected representatives.

What we've come to is a result of social media, the liberal media, and foreign interference. All those misinformation memes created by the Russians, Chinese, or whoever have taken their toll. They get posted, shared, and even after being debunked they're still making the rounds and people are so stupid that they just believe them and don't bother to fact check at all.

I don't know how we can reverse this, but our overall environment as citizens is not good right now.

While I don't think there was fraud rampant throughout the election, there have been enough issues to show the process is greatly inconsistent and their is potential for abuse, ballot harvesting, etc. The system for elections needs to be consistent across states. Along with policies for recounts, certification, etc. If there is not a congressional office or the President/VP on the ballot, I guess states can do what they want. But if there is a consistent system it could be followed for state elections as well. I think there should be a two week period for voting early in person, and then the traditional election day. All early votes should be counted and ready to be added at the time the polls close on election day. Absentee ballots should be only for specific situations (sickness, travel, military, etc.) and treated like they were in the past.

You can have faults with Trump, and still choose him when given the 2 options for President. I'm sorry you have people that blindly support him in your life.

Tucker laid it out on his show. He played it smart and safe which is fine. These are pretty big claims and if she isn't willing to show her cards then that's fine and Tucker rightfully told the truth. That doesn't mean Tucker is dismissing everything as he also clarified. He said that they will be investigating and watching to see how this plays out. I think that most of the bombshells are being saved for the court... it would be foolish to start publicly airing your case to the media before it begins in court. However I think that Powell has become a bit too bullish with her claims so far as well.... if she's being reserved then she's inconsistently reserved if that makes sense.

I'm not sure they will ever be able to get enough proof in court on a short time frame of the smartmatic/dominion situation although I think that is the largest issue at hand. I guess it depends on if they can get their hands on any servers or software or whatever they need. Perhaps they have a computer science witness that can show something. I think the other large part of the case might be more compelling for the court to rule on though which is the mail in ballots themselves... the way they were delivered, processed, poll watchers being thrown out, big dumps at 4 am, no signatures, Biden only votes, districts with overvoting, etc.

Great post.... A lot of truth in this. I also don't fault someone who voted for Trump if it benefits their family in some capacity. Some people vote based on how it affects them and how it benefits them. I would like reciprocal understanding but usually I'm called a Socialist or a Communist. But on the other hand, I have seen Democrats throw out uneducated and racist for people who support Trump. I wish all this rhetoric would stop but we are truly a country divided.

It doesn't benefit them to publicly air their case. We have already seen how the media and the mob on social media will attack anyone on the right who gets out of line. If she truly has the evidence she claims, we will see the **** show of all **** shows. Media working over time to deny it. Riots if the results switch back to Trump. If she doesn't, Biden wins. We will certainly find out in the next couple of months.

Yep.
I have a friend who likes to post political memes on Facebook. He hasn't posted in awhile so I'm wondering if maybe he had an aneurysm after Trump lost.
However, I don't usually comment on such things but he posted one a couple of months ago and for whatever reason I researched it quickly and then posted on there that he might want to verify those facts because it doesn't seem to be accurate.
His first response was, "Are you a liberal?"

That's the way things have become. The first little bit of disagreement with anyone and they're either a liberal communist or a racist neo-fascist.

Pretty sad to see, and Trump has done a lot to help foster this atmosphere. And don't get me wrong, the Democratic media has done more than their fair share as well. But between them, Trump, and social media... We are just a mess right now.

Here is what I think. I think President Trump is hurting our democracy by doing or has done the following things.
1. Making false accusations. If and when you make an accusation please provide the proof. Hear say is not proof.

2.Asking for the count to continue in some states while asking for the counting to stop in other states. I give you Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan And Wisconsin. What is good for the Goose is god for the Gander.

3.Resisting the peaceful transfer of power. I understand that he thought their might be issues that he could carry to court. I think there are over 30 court cases he or the RNC have been dismissed or ruled against them. So isn't it getting time to recognize that he has lost the election?

Please If you are a Trump Supporter just read what I say. If you don't agree. I encourage you to voice views that could change my or others minds.

There is over 500 signed afidavits and numerous expert witness testimony, including a former dominion employee... and it sounds like more is coming.

How much "proof" do you want? This reminds me of the UNC cheating scandal when people wanted a "smoking gun"...like Roy Williams or Butch Davis caught on video tape... despite hundreds of pieces of evidence showing the cheating.

Reagan didn't get down in the mud with the media - and the news media were far kinder to the Soviets than they were to him. I thought I would never see the likes of that vicious, attacking behavior.

The H.W. took office.

George H.W. Bush took the high road - and the news media slaughtered him. They basically won the election for Clinton. I never thought I would see a President so unjustly maligned by the news media as long as I lived.

Then Clinton took office and the news media took a very, very long nap.

George W. Bush presided during a tough time in our nation's history. Tried to work with congress, and was dignified every minute of his Presidency. The news media still treated him like their whipping boy. I thought that everyone would see through the MSM and their agenda by this point - and they would change their ways or go bankrupt from lack of people wanting to hear pure propaganda when they watched the "news".

Then 0bama took office and the news media took another very, very long nap.

Then Trump took office - and basically all of the MSM have taken their profession down below politicians, used car salesmen, lawyers, and abortionists. There is now no profession in the Western World more despicable, more dishonest, more loathsome than the MSM.

The only difference between Trump and the other Republicans is that he hasn't just sat serenely and just take the windmill punches that the MSM was throwing at him relentlessly. He almost never punches first - but he does punch back.

It's not always pretty - but after decades of watching this crap - no way am I going to blame Trump for the hostility between partisan factions these days.

1. The lawyers have gathered starting on election day and over the past 2 plus weeks a mountain of evidence and are preparing to take a much larger case to court than the smaller lawsuits that have started this process. How can you say it's a false accusation? They have sworn affidavits from hundreds of people in the states in question that speak to truckloads of ballots coming in in the middle of the night with just Biden selected and no signatures, pollwatchers being intimidated and physically assaulted to stay out of counting places, election workers saying that they were being trained by supervisors to ignore ballots that didn't have right signatures or info and count them anyway. You have software engineers and others that have come out to talk about the counting machines and smartmatic/ dominion. Dominion people have gone into hiding and they've closed down offices and deleted some 40% of their linked in profiles. A huge case is being built for the court... public shouldn't have access to every single thing right now.

2. The first few days were particularly crazy but that's false. They didn't want places to stop counting they wanted them to separate and not count mail ins that were suspicious. In the case of the "keep counting" they were upset about the early call on AZ which was irresponsible.

3. There doesn't need to be a concern about transfer of power right now. The legal process is not over, the electors haven't been selected, the states haven't certified yet. This isn't official for another 2 weeks at least. Biden's team doesn't need access to anything right now. And you're talking about lower level state courts for the most part which are partisan in some of these swing states. This is clearly going to go to supreme court and state legislatures are also going to play a role. Quite frankly regardless of the outcome it was stupid of Americans to want to switch teams in the middle of the pandemic knowing the vaccine was about to come out and be distributed. If Biden is indeed going to be President you can expect a lot of distribution issues and delays b/c of his team coming in and blowing everything up.

He has since said he was wrong and now supports Trump. What changed? Don't even say it's about money. He has stated what actions Trump has done that were totally against his thinking. Additionally, he said he was wrong!

1. Oh, so only during a specific timeframe (which I'm not at all inclined to search Biden quotes) is truth important for democracy. That's a hell of a position there. Lol.

2. Context matters. If you care to understand, perhaps you should try educating yourself instead of liberal talking points using things out of context.

And if you do:

  • You should be prosecuted for perjury
  • if you did vote 100 times, you should be prosecuted for voter fraud

Statements like yours are very uniformed. If any of the people have signed an affidavit misrepresenting the facts, for political purposes, they should be prosecuted to the maximum amount.

Signing an affidavit carries the same perjury as if you perjure yourself on the stand...

You would be better saying: the facts will come out as this mess progresses. What you said is very juvenile.

1. Why do you only have an issue with Trump in that regard? Biden does the same. Democrats do the same. The media does the same. Why is it just Trump that hurts democracy?

2. That's not what he asked. Perhaps you should educate yourself more on the situations.

3. More fake news. He has done nothing to "resist the peaceful transfer of power".

I think you would be well served to educate yourself on the situation, as opposed to just spouting liberal talking points that are untrue. I don't think a Trump supporter on a message board is going to change your mind if you truly seek enlightenment.
1. What accusation has Biden made since the election that is false? I am not talking about before the election when both candidates were campaigning.

2. That is exactly what he said in tweets. Perhaps you should educate yourself on that manner. Or tell the president to stop tweeting. Because it leaves a trail.

3.I understand that he needed to look into the matters were he thought there might be wrong doing. But how many cases do you have to lose before it becomes apparent that you have lost? You are right I don't think I will find a Trump supporter on a message board to change my mind. I do how ever read them and consider what was written.

4. When do you consider what you hear from what ever source like "election fraud" to be fake news?

1. Oh, so only during a specific timeframe (which I'm not at all inclined to search Biden quotes) is truth important for democracy. That's a hell of a position there. Lol.

2. Context matters. If you care to understand, perhaps you should try educating yourself instead of liberal talking points using things out of context.

3. How many cases has the campaign "lost"?

4. Every single time I think it is.
1. During the campaign is during the battle I give more leeway for both candidates to mistake issues and get things wrong. After the election I expect a different standard. I give President Trump this same leeway.

2. I agree with all my heart. Exactly why you should not try to govern or get your point across on social media if you are the President of the USA. You should educate yourself instead of taking the far right talking points.

3. There are over 30 that are either the campaign or the RNC. I ask you what is the difference? Who is the leader of the RNC?

Here is one for you...

Cheri Beasley (D) has asked for a recount in her Supreme Court seat with Paul Newby (R). In fact, she is questioning some of the provisional ballots that went for Newby. This is not being reported; however, she is claiming the same thing that the Trump team is claiming around the country.

All the dems on here. What do you think about that?

I think she is entitled to a recount. I am working from memory here but is this election just a couple hundred votes difference? A recount can make a difference on a small difference. There are rules on provisional ballots in NC so when they pass those rules and are counted they are legal votes.

I am a democrat and that is what I think.

1. 47 years of lies as an elected official. Your desire for truth has little tooth.

2. Agree first sentence. 2nd sentence I would agree if he was given a fair shake with media. He isn't so he has used Twitter to get his voice across. Third sentence is just a childish "You are!" remark.

3. Again, educate yourself. This is fake news.

The media thinks they will be able "hide" this dude's obvious mental issues for 4 years?

Even China or North Korean media would have a task pulling that off... but we are getting close to that level of state run media. Heck , the MSM still wont report on the Hunter Biden FBI invesitgation.

Some proof would be a start. I can sign an affidavit right now saying I voted 100 times for Trump. All of your twitter posts have been people stating something as fact, but there is nothing to validate they aren't just making crap up.
Where are these stacks of thousands of "pristine" ballots all voting for only Biden. The physical ballots still exist.
These trucks that dropped off ballots at night, where is the security footage, plenty of cameras in those areas.
Vote switching software would be pretty much impossible to hide in source code. The thought that a company could do this and reasonably expect to never be caught is dumb. The leadership down through their cyber security developers would have to be idiots
"I can sign an affidavit right now saying I voted 100 times for Trump."

Russia interference was a bull**** accusation.

Trump's massive voter fraud claim is a bull**** accusation.

Nothing to see here. It will be over in a few weeks.

For the sake of the country, I'd hope Trump's team is willing to work with Biden's people on vaccine distribution plans. I'm not sure what the downside to that is. It's to the benefit of all Americans.

ETA: quoted the wrong post but you see what i'm saying lol

If she has evidence, present it. If she doesn't, shut the **** up and take the defeat like a respectable adult.
