Some teenagers and young adults who received COVID-19 vaccines experienced heart inflammation, a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advisory group said, recommending further study of the rare condition.
The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices in a statement dated May 17 said it had looked into reports that a few young vaccine recipients, predominantly adolescents and young adults, and predominantly male, developed myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle.

Anecdotally and not the same, I've gone into Afib twice since the vaccine. Never before. Now, i have it in my genes as my dad and mom both get it, but they did much older. Additionally, I had contributing factors (alcohol, caffeine, and dehydration). But I've never gone into afib before, and have done so twice now since being vaccinated. Once for 4 days.
Ruh roh raggy. Have you gotten checked out by a cardiologist yet?
Next week. On blood thinners in the meantime. Hope that's not long term.

I also had a fluttering and abnormally fast heartbeat for the first time ever in my life for several days in a row about a month or two ago. And I'm a young guy, and very healthy. And I have not taken any vaccine. But I was in contact with my parents who have both taken the covid vaccine, and this happened around the time shortly after they had taken the vaccines. I have read that people who are unvaccinated have been experiencing side effects from being around vaccinated people, and that it could be related, in part, to the spike protein that vaccinated people "shed". I haven't had any more heartbeat issues since that time, so hopefully it is only temporary.
How it started.

This is the moment when the mainstream media stands beneath your apartment building in front of everyone, drunk out of its mind to tell you it sees the light, after it called you a racist and crank for not believing its own absurd propaganda.

After scanning the pages, not all, but many, I am looking forward to the lefties who discredited this as a "right wing conspiracy," "hoax," "right wing talking points," to come on and admit they were wrong and this could be exactly what happened.
Mormad and PA as far as I can tell never fully discredited the idea that the virus originated from the lab and I am not saying they are lefties. They are the resident medical experts.
The others, who I won't call out by name but it's the same group of slap happy's that always come to one another's defense, should at least acknowledge that once again when the FACTS come out they will be having a big ol' plate of crow for breakfast.
You lefties had one goal last year. Defeat Donald J. Trump at all costs. You fabricated story after story, i.e. Cuomo and how great he handled NY, costing the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans.
Let me remind you. Karma is a beeyyaaatch and is undefeated. You clowns are gonna reap it in a year and half and then again in 2024. Scorched earth isn't bad enough for some of you clowns. Enjoy.
Looking forward to all the ones who called individual posters out for claiming that the virus originated in the lab and was created by the Chinese as a weapon to come on and say they were wrong. Don't worry, I'll be posting quotes in the coming days from those of you who did.

The fact that many of these tyrant governors have been caught violating their own covid restrictions and mandates is further proof that this so-called "pandemic" is a fraud. These high-level political puppets know that this virus is not near as dangerous as alleged.

Lolololol, busted. What a complete tool bag.
What changed? Nothing. Fauci has never been "about the science." He's been about the politics, from masking to vaccine efficacy to the origins of covid-19. https://t.co/jAZ20fRdpX

Wait, so is Shapiro really saying that there isn't more evidence currently that the virus escaped from the Wuhan lab than there was 6, 8, 10, 12 months ago?
Blah, blah, blah.... So now after 14 months of you and your lefty brigade ridiculing and accusing anyone that questioned the all powerful Fauci you are trying to spin this into a "oh...well...who cares? it came from Wuhan..."Civilized said:
At the time of last year's election, Fauci had served as head of NAIAD for 37 years, and under six different presidents. He achieved that station under Reagan, and four of the six presidents he served under were Republicans. That doesn't exactly scream "lefty socialist Trojan horse."
But say more evidence emerged earlier last year land by November it was widely suspected or even proven it came out of the Wuhan lab. How would that have helped Trump?
Either way it came out of Wuhan, China. There was never any mistaking its geographic source.
Electorally, why would it matter if the virus emerged from the Wuhan wet market or from the Wuhan lab?
How would the virus emerging from the lab instead of the wet market have helped Trump or hurt Biden?
For the past year, the media pushed the narrative that COVID leaking from a Chinese lab was “fringe” and “debunked.”

I'll say this:
I've tried to keep my politics out of this thread, and I'm not sure I've been really stuck on "science" either since our understanding of this thing has been so fluid, but I've just tried to offer my personal perspective from my experience in medical practice. I don't really feel like a resident expert by any stretch, but I hope I've been fair in that regard.
Some of the people who have tried to downplay the story did it, not for political reasons, but for monetary reasons. There are many scientists who are dependent on the ability to work with China and their grants and funding depend on this ability (some mentioned in the article linked below). The mainstream media just looked to the people who had a monetary interest in downplaying the potential lab leak story as good sources and they did this for many reason. One of the reasons was definitely political and they used the statement of "experts" to help sell their story. I will refer everyone back to an extensive article I posted a few weeks ago on this entire topic and I made my thoughts know at the time of the posting.hokiewolf said:
I find the reaction to this WSJ article that kicked this off very interesting. Everything that's is new is actually not new. What changed is that the lab leak narrative now has to be acknowledged. I never understood why anyone claiming they were following science would discredit the most likely theory that this virus was released from the lab so quickly other than for political expediency.
It's beyond the pale that the media and some on the left seems intent on protecting or helping China with their propaganda. It's like during the healthcare debate when they were stating that the healthcare in Cuba was better than the US. Sure, if you don't like pesky things like sterile ORs, tylenol, and sutures.
Right, said another way....why would we ever trust China. Why would anyone in the US trust their government, ever.hokiewolf said:

How do you know it wasn't James or Steve. It wasn't me I can promise. James has told us to basically leave you be. I haven't moderated this forum in over a month. But keep calling out the moderators. Steve has already warned you about that.BBW12OG said:

No reason whatsoever to delete that post.
The lefties got away with calling GP dozens of names and you and your buddy never deleted a single post. You two are the reason the traffic on this board has died the last couple of weeks. Good job.

I never said it was you. The post that was deleted was relevant to the discussion.
Like I said many times before I have nothing but respect for this board. I also think that James and Steve would agree that the moderators are not above reproach. Especially when they break the board rules.
I am sure they would agree with that statement. I don't think being a mod gives you the right to personally insult posters or delete posts you don't agree with.
That's what happened yesterday.

The idea that Covid-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China has gained mainstream traction of late.
It can be easy to forget that, a little over a year ago, the idea was derided as a vile, senseless conspiracy theory.
Let’s revisit. ⤵️
