There are 12 members of the National's organization that have tested positive. Eleven of the twelve have been vaccinated and many are symptomatic. Turner was not symptomatic but tested positive. It has not been made public who is or isn't vaccinated. So Trea may be vaccinated or he may be the one positive out of twelve that isn't. This is per an article yesterday in The Athletic

Shut it down for the season. Take away all ability to win a championship. I mean, we are being consistent across all sports, right?

Trea made his debut in Dodger blue on Saturday. They have him leading off and playing 2nd base. He went 1 for 3 yesterday and today. The Dodgers are undefeated with Triple T in the starting lineup.
