Sorry wanted to see how today scrimmage went first

What are we projecting the starting lineup to look like? I'm gonna go:

1. Soles LF
2. Butterworth SS
3. Cozart C
4. Serrano CF
5. Pennington 1B
6. Makarewicz 3B
7. Chase Nixon RF
8. Sosa DH
9. Luke Nixon 2B

Looks like lineup too, I'll guess.

1.SS- Butterworth
2. CF- Serrano
3. C- Cozart
4. 1st- Pennington
5. LF- Hogue
6. RF- Soles
7. 3rd- A Mak
8. DH- Sosa (or Nixon?)
9.2nd- Luke Nixon

Why? I think this does a decent job of splitting up the LH bats. Butterworth has the speed to hit leadoff, but I do like the Soles pick too, because he gets on base. Serrano, IMO, is probably our top bat and Avent typically puts that in the 2 hole. Hogue is trending to be a very solid bat. Deep lineup overall

I really like Soles leading off because he has a great eye at the plate and makes the pitcher work. Butterworth with his speed works too. I want Chase in the lineup because I just think he's a dawg.

Yup, hard to argue your rationale, Soles really gets on base at such a high clip. I agree with you on Chase, but I don't think it'll be over Hogue. I hope he is in the lineup too but we'll see
