That last strikeout (second out) was the first time he hasn't tried to "aim" his breaking ball. He's got some mechanics stuff going on, can't quite put my finger on it just yet.

I think he's stuck between his natural motion and the work he did over the summer to increase his velo, so he's steering.

He was warming up during the 4th when the lead was tenuous, then Willadsen was able to finish it K,K - was already warm so just brought him in I suppose.

I did not see Villamin's first inning pitched, but what I have seen in the 6th, he wouldn't have helped us last night. You just never know how guys are going to throw.

I don't feel like we're improving on defense. It's the same **** every weekend. So frustrating because we have a lot of potential, but our defense just kills us.
