Paul McNeil Will Enter The Transfer Portal

According to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, NC State sophomore guard Paul McNeil plans to enter the transfer portal.

McNeil, who is also going through the NBA Draft process, was third in scoring for the Wolfpack this season at 13.8 points per game.  He led the ACC in three-point shooting %.
