Thought yesterday was a good race, hate seeing the empty seats. Read somewhere that the KC was playing also. But either way, attendance hasn't been great there.

Getting in here a little late this week, but I did watch most of the race Sunday switching back and forth between it and the Ryder Cup.
Great finish. Just now seeing where Hamlin was being accused of racing Wallace dirty, and I've got to tell you that I just don't see it. How many times in that race did we see cars take a "side draft" into light contact? I'd say numerous times... I congratulated Bubba and was happy to see his Indy win, earlier in the year, but dude? You got to stop the constant whining and playing the victim when something doesn't go your way. Stuff like that happens over and over and over every week to everybody.
Thought Hamlin had it, and I don't know where Chase came from, but damn... that was one wild finish.
My biggest question is why does it take 12 laps to get a race restarted at the end? Then, if it's a second G/W/C why do you randomly decide to red flag everybody when you've got some of the leaders on 2 tires and some of the leaders on 4 tires? Don't know if gas would have been an issue for anybody (I wouldn't have thought so anyway) - but it just seems like an attempted manipulation of the race for some reason...
