Unfortunately, I had an obligation (my wife does it to me during the best races of the year) and missed the final segment. When I saw the results, I thought… how did this happen? BTW, I still don't know as I haven't watched any post race reviews..ncsupack1 said:

It was odd, but looking at the data, for whatever reason the 5 hit the brakes. Blue line current, yellow is previous.Glasswolf said:TheStorm said:

Was interesting that bubba Wallace (who's car is owned Denny Hamlin) is the one who tapped Larson and caused him to spin.

Why the heck was the 5 out there? That car was decimated early in the race…ncsupack1 said:
Came down to cycles and cautions. The end was really good till the 5 spun, the 12 was more than likely going to win before the caution.

.@FS1 got 2.52 million viewers for Sunday's @Goodyear 400 at Darlington; last year's race was held a month later against less competition, but that event got 2.63 million.

NASCAR has added a set of tires for today’s Cup race at @ItsBristolBaby. That brings teams up to 11 sets for the race (10 race sets plus their qualifying set), which is the same number of sets they ended the spring ‘24 Bristol race with.

The 5 has pretty much kicked butt today, everyone else is racing for the best of the rest. As for the track, we've been going to the night race for a long time and I still enjoy it. What didn't you like? If I may ask.caryking said:
Bristol sure has fallen off as a place to be…. I never thought it was a great spectator race. I've been; however, I would rather watch it on TV.
It's like all short tracks when being there. It's hard to keep up with who's in what place. Watching on TV, I can at least keep up with the positions…ncsupack1 said:The 5 has pretty much kicked butt today, everyone else is racing for the best of the rest. 10/4. Daytona 500 is a race that I have never been, and don't wish too.
