The NC State volleyball team put the finishes touches on a perfect Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) home season and set the program record for conference wins with a 3-0 sweep against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Senior Night Saturday evening inside Reynolds Coliseum.

NC State's five seniors: Bree Bailey, Julia Brown, Emily Harris, Kaitlyn Kearney and Perry Ramsey were recognized in a ceremony following the match.

Well, that didn't take long. Swept aside 3-0. Blew a 5 point lead in the 2nd when they could have tied the match 1-1. Gave up in the 3rd.

Hope this is not the start of one of those terrible State crap weekends.

The NC State volleyball team saw its five-match win streak come to a close Friday evening, as Louisville earned the 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-15) victory against the Wolfpack inside Cardinal Arena.

The Cardinals, which entered the contest receiving votes for the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-25 Poll, used a stellar blocking effort with 13 in the match to collect the victory.

NC State falls to 19-9 and 14-3 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play, while Louisville moves to 21-6 and 15-2 in league action.
