I wish Keatts would try to add Battle to the staff, really strong recruiter in NC.

I imagine both of those guys would follow Cooley to michigan. That being said we would have an opening if we de-mote Roy to DOBO

Was thinking the same thing. I think Keatts has been pretty safe with his staff so far and I think he needs to shake it up a bit. I'm not saying we get one of those guys but we need someone who can recruit like them.

Why would an ACC assistant accept beign demoted to DOBO?

Also, those two guys have big East Coast connections. Might not be as effective in Michigan.

DoBO is a much better position for Roy imo. He doesn't have much experience on the recruiting and his skill set is more on the player development side.

Hodge was a great player, not sure he is a great asst or recruiter.


Levi has paid his dues and I feel like he would be a solid addition if the timing ever works out.

Though it seems like KK is very particular about his assistant coaches and generally stays within his circle of people he is very familiar with. Nothing against that - its his right to choose who he is most comfortable with.

Speaking of which, anyone know what happened with Carr? Why was he let go? Any names popping up to fill the DoBO position?
