Just now saw this... I made it here also!

So I called Scout today to cancel my subscription, go to the phone prompts to the cancel one, get put on hold for 10 mins, then a message that the call center is closed (I called during the working hours), called again, same thing happened. Called again, this time I chose the prompt to start a new subscription, waiting literally 30 seconds, told that person I wanted to cancel and they took care of it. So, if you can't go about canceling with Scout the right way, just game their phone system.

I'm in. I'm Pack2000 on the other boards.

I am really impressed with this site. The color is great, everything is readable and fairly intuitive.

For those that can't get Scout memberships to cancel, depending on your bank's policies, you can block payment permanently.

This site is going to be fun. I am rolling with this and Rivals for Premium. Too much nonsense going on at Scout/247/CBS, whatever it is called now. Excited to be here.

My experience was similar. I just kept my cool, called back until I could cancel. They wanted to know why I was cancelling and I just said that I didn't want it anymore instead of going into detail. I hope Steve can move on somewhere soon where he can be happy also. I think that site will lose big time in the end. Consumer always wins with good competition.

Yeah, but I'm hoping to actually be able to stick around here though... after 15 years, I was all of a sudden having problems being able to stay at the old place for some reason.

I'm obviously biased, but I believe it's a wonderful site. Much cleaner look with less adw and consistent premium content. Diverse array of giveaways, features, and numerous insiders on football and basketball. I hope you find it to be the same way!
