So did my late FIL but now that it's just me, my valentine and MIL, they're more chicken, steak and salmon-oriented.

Tomorrow might be the first grill weather in four weeks. Doing wild sockeye salmon in foil for the MIL and me, and blood orange grilled chicken again for the spouse. (She doesn't do seafood)

I would love me some of that. I used to wolf down Popeyes red beans and rice (I know, fast food) before I had to stop going there because of food allergies.

Nope. Vacaying on Longboat key off Sarasota. Eating pricy resort food this week. Truth is, when I get home, I don't see an end to the burn ban and I miss my chargrilling.

Cheers! Sounds like a great time! I get it, the burn ban is in effect here, so we are working on oven recipes.

Leftover Bolognese here. I am making fresh pasta, but go back from DC a few hours ago and don't have a lot of fresh things in the fridge
