I'm assuming they are both masks but the brief summary (copied with the photo and not my words) says they're inferior to what the CIA currently utilizes. Several months back, I'd shared a video narrated by the CIA mask maker at the time. It had been worn to an Oval office meeting with George HW Bush who did not discern that it was a mask. So the CIA masks back in the late 80's-early 90's was quite good.
