But yet it's the Democratic Party that has a sizeable faction of their constituency that uses the "Death To Israel" chant like they are reciting their ABC's... try to keep that in mind next time you want to talk about nazi's.
Nailed it. Civ is straight up in my book but I don't understand why he fails to see or acknowledge that.
The red/green alliance thing is real. And it's a problem.
But a "sizeable faction" of the Democratic party abiding by it is a total pipe dream. It's the extreme wing of the extreme wing.
Can you name one Democrat amongst the hundreds in key leadership positions that supports "Death to Israel?" Ilhan Omar doesn't even say anything close to that. She wants to end the war, and wants a two-state solution. You may disagree, but neither are unreasonable.
You guys have to stop conflating internet randos with leadership. It's not.
Hell, take the jihadi-in-sheep's-clothing Mamdani - probably the most extreme example of socialism/DSA/Muslim you can come up with (even though he's only a mayor and has essentially no broad political authority) - and tell me the worst thing he's said or done while Mayor.
Y'all react to randos, not actual Democrats.
Students protesting, or Death to Israel loons that ran away from Harris and Dems in 2024 because Dems weren't bullish enough for their tastes on Palestine.
The people who oppose MAGA dolts running things are reacting to the actual President, VP, Secretary of Defense, Chief of Staff, actual Senators and Reps, etc.
Y'all react to stuff you suspect totally normal Dems like Roy Cooper are saying in secret - with zero evidence. People react to MAGA drivel because Trump and Hegseth and Miller and Kennedy and other loons say it out loud, with cameras in their face. And literally virtually all of the Republican Congress just falls in line and bends over for the privilege of this brand of unserious leadership.
It's totally apples to doughnuts.
