Of course it's those blue states that have always heavily subsidised red states. Blue states overall pay WAY more in federal taxes than they receive in federal spending. Red states overall receive WAY more in federal spending than they pay in federal taxes... a.k.a. "the takers". It's hilarious how badly you guys love to attack your gravy train (while bawling about big city elites looking down on you).
