It's called "vote buying"... and it's why they flooded our borders for four years and refused to - and still refuse to allow others - to enforce our immigration laws. If Dems are rigging everything, why go to all the trouble of allowing illegals in and then having to figure out how to rig the system so that they can vote?

If you can rig the system, you don't need illegals to do it, just do it directly.

We don't craft policy around boogeymen and fear. I'm more worried about being struck by lightning or hit by a bus than I am of my pretty white wife or daughter falling victim to MS13 or a radical Islamist.

Threats from MS13, TRA, and jihadists are real, and even the very small chance of a very bad outcome needs to be considered (see September 11 and resultant policy changes), but from a probabilistic risk standpoint, that shouldn't be the primary driver of policy.

Public safety
Economic growth
Labor market needs
Family reunification
Humanitarian goals
Foreign policy

All these things need to play to varying degrees into our immigration policy.

Regardless, illegals are not and will not vote in numbers that even remotely approach electoral statistical significance.
