Q's post "watch the water" could mean many things. I will observe that very early in 2021, I don't recall if it was a several days before the inauguration or several days after, but I believe it was before, but I was watching independent news journalists' videos being published of downtown and mall areas of DC. What was being shown was a ghost town in the mall area and much of DC. There was water rising up out of storm drainage curb inlets into the street and running down the street curb in the streets. No water was entering these storm inlets because water was flowing up and out. There was zero rainfall. These stormwater systems were being flooded by a source other than a rainfall event. Why?
Also, about this time, other videos shared by these citizen journalists. These videos included Greyhound/Trailways type luxury buses parked in and around the Capitol throughout the late night. The buses were left running and often with their lights on. These buses did leave and then other, or the same, buses returned the following nights. The area was blocked off and these citizen reporters weren't able to get any closer. This went on for several nights, but not during the daylight hours. Helicopters landing in unusual places, etc. What the hell was going on?
Much occurred around the time of Jan 2021. There were others pics and one of these reporters had a run-in with authorities when she apparently filmed or saw something she was not supposed to. She reported this occurred and was fearful and said that she could not say what she saw.
