There is a looming bond (predominantly municipal & school) crisis that is believed to be on the order of 80-120 times greater in significance than the 2008 debacle. Japan & China, both. What's this mean? Printing more fiat, I presume, and devaluation of currency, thus inflation.

Trump says an Iranian flagged ship tried to run the blockade. U. S. Navy ordered it to stop and it didn't. Apparently a shot of some kind to the engine room and now the U. S. Marines are in control of the ship.

I understand where you are coming from and agree with you somewhat. It's my past experience the Americans we were looking at (ISR) were immigrants from, how should I say, "not so friendly countries". I don't want to say more but some of these guys were borderline scoundrels in their past life. Citizens now but old habits die hard when Allah calls.

Slippery slope for sure and I don't claim to have an answer.

That is a perfectly reasonable thing to post. I as well am disappointed in some of the things he's done so far.

However the President of the United States continually attacking the Pope serves zero purpose.

What does that have to do with a President of the United States threatening to release some alleged files that will "bring down" the Catholic Church unless the pope shuts up?
