Both of you sound like you do not want freedom of religion or seperation of church and state.
The UK has 2 state religions, one in Scotland and on in England. The UK has no such thing as separation of church and state.
But no constitution needing to be changed like would have to in the US if we start not allowing freedom of religion.
This is not correct. No where in the Constitution does it say there is separation of church and state. A made up ruling by a leftist Supreme Court back in the 40's I believe, put that into the lexicon.
From the Constitution and I quote "Congress shall make no law respecting and establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Which means that Congress cannot establish a religion. It doesn't say that government entities cannot use religion like showing the ten commandments or other things. They just cannot establish a so called "State religion."
