100%

This math ain't mathing.

The economy has literally lost jobs dating back to last April.

There's no convincing reason to cross our fingers and hope.

We don't need any more time to understand tariffs and chaos are badly harming our economy.

Change this losing strategy. Clean it up. Fix the tariffs and stop acting crazy.

#Sieve, give us some math. What % chance is it that this woman voted for Kamala, and what % chance did she vote for Trump?

Such a nutjob, right? Just like Were when he attempted to help you by sharing this truth with you six years ago.
You're a casualty of a corrupt MSM, a corrupt GOVT, a compromised controlled Hollywood, and and evil Globalist empire attempting the maim or kill you and your family.

Quick facts: Antrim County is a county located in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the population was 23,431. The county seat is Bellaire. The name is taken from County Antrim in Northern Ireland. Antrim County is home to Torch Lake, Michigan's deepest and second-largest inland lake.Wikipedia

6,000 votes switched in a county w population of 23,000. Urban area counties cheating on this level, equates to hundreds of thousands of votes. The real vote wasn't even close in state of Michigan.

Back in 2016 the list included a few dozen in Congress not compromised or corrupted, and there was only one senator. That one US senator was Jeff Sessions.

Trying to save our nation has no room for a presidential bid if you're serving as Secretary of Homeland Security. Trump was right to ask for her resignation.

Where Biden's concerned, that's a bit redundant.

The totally obvious problem here is that inflation remains high because of tariffs, while tariffs and chaos continue to batter business confidence, so hiring and job growth sucks. And the Fed won't cut rates to spur the economy or housing market because they have inflation worries that again are made far worse by the tariff effects on the economy.

The totally obvious concern is that Trump is completely dug in on his own stupidity and unwilling to course-correct, no matter the inputs or pain being experienced in the economy. He's pot-committed to his idiotic tariffs and his pride won't allow him to do what needs to be done, which is to end the tariff madness and actually act and talk like a stable, functioning human being so that businesses can regain confidence, the economy can heal, and the Fed can take action if necessary.

Inflation has nothing to do with tariffs and vice versa.

Milton Friedman: "Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon,"

This is a pedantic objection.

No, tariffs aren't a monetary supply issue.

But it's clear my point is that tariffs increase near-term prices and that upward price pressure impacts Fed behavior as they hedge against inflation risk.

Would you say that that the increased money supply has more of an effect on inflation than tariffs?

They're different points on the same timeline, and it's impossible to say without knowing the relative degree of each.

That's like saying "would you say smoking or cutting yourself has more of an effect on your health?

One is a short term acute problem; the other has less acute but longer lasting, trailing, still potentially catastrophic effects.

Also, did I smoke for a day, a year, 25 years?

Was it a paper cut, a slip of a knife that requires a bunch of stitches and a repaired thumb tendon, or a Monty Python appendage-deleting "flesh wound"?

Good grief…

ok, so which one is the short-term acute problem?

Being that you've looked into the details of the data… did deportations affect employment figures?

historically, yes it has. I don't know the reasons why employment is down now, but I suspect it's related to immigration policy in some form or function

Well, if the number of people that have been reported to be deported, then, I'm sure that will affect the numbers. Not all, as I'm sure some are not in the numbers…

Thanks for your thoughts on this. Civ, on the other hand, just likes to take a punch at things, as if he's licking his thumb and putting it in the air, looking for a read…

Tariff pricing pressure.

We have an acute inflation issue. What would you say our monetary inflation is, if not acute?
