Winning?
How was manufacturing under your guy?
A whole lot better, hence the WSJ's description as being "in retreat."
And from a construction spending standpoint, the sad irony is that the Biden administration's policies were disproportionately helping red states.
Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
The Bidenomics Investment Boom in Red America
The MAGA/Trump crowd is so dug in and pot-committed at this point. It's a massive case study in sunk cost fallacy.
It's OK to just admit tariffs have been a massive failure and apply electoral pressure to change direction. That's a perfectly appropriate response to economically awful, and unconstitutional, policy.
It's almost like you WANT your President Trump to fail?
We've already been over this, do me the favor of hearing me.
Trump's tariffs and the persistently high rates are hurting the economy, the housing market, and therefore hurting my business.
What I want and what we all need is for either Trump to kill the tariffs himself, or for Congress or the Supreme Court to force him to.
I don't give two ****s who's in office, I care a lot more about the US economy and my business doing well than I ever will about who specifically made that happen. Trump's in office the next three years regardless; give me the good economy to go along with that at least. Trump in office and a bad economy is lose - lose for everyone.
