You keep saying this is a split second decision and he had previously been dragged by a car trying to escape.

Was he mentally and emotionally fit to be on duty if he was suffering from PTSD?
Was he properly trained to handle split second decisions?

If he felt like he was in imminent danger of being ran over, shooting the driver would not redirect the path of the car, especially while he was already at the front corner. His best defense for his safety would be to get out of the way... which he did.

Regardless, there are multiple angles of video so let's allow a fair investigation to be conducted... not label the officer a murderer, not label the driver a domestic terrorist/deranged leftist, not claim the officers were stuck in the snow and a mob of agitators surrounded them, not proclaim she "violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer"

If he thought he was actually in danger, would shooting her in the face have somehow magically stopped the car before running him over? Obviously not. The only "split second" self-preservation move would have been to dive out of the way.

Instead he methodically stepped aside and used the convenient pretext of being touched by a moving vehicle to unload his weapon on a woman who had been pi**ing him off. Just because you think she deserved to be murdered doesn't mean that it's not murder.

By the way, of course the White House released this phone footage from the shooter, apparently not realizing that it makes him look even guiltier.
  • It shows he had a prior motive, even as the driver told him point blank that she wasn't mad at him.
  • He literally films with his own phone that she's turning her steering wheel AWAY from him. He saw it clearly.
  • Right after shooting her in the face you can hear him say "fu**ing bit**!"

By the way, of course the White House released this phone footage from the shooter, apparently not realizing that it makes him look even guiltier.
  • It shows he had a prior motive, even as the driver told him point blank that she wasn't mad at him.
  • He literally films with his own phone that she's turning her steering wheel AWAY from him. He saw it clearly.
  • Right after shooting her in the face you can hear him say "fu**ing bit**!"


He probably knew you were going to watch and wanted to give you a shout out.
