Not at all my point. Wake couldn't wrap up an election by midnight of Election Day and dragged it out for many, many days until Griffin's lead slowly dwindled. No fair minded person could be confident that machinations didn't happen to alter the course of an election. Riggs is from out of state and moved to Durham to work with an advocacy group just a few years before getting appointed to the bench by Cooper. He had a lot of ties to Wake County, and she didn't. It's not a conspiracy why he outperformed the average R there.

I guess I'm confused as to what your concern is then. Are you saying that people in Wake County aren't counting quick enough, allowing more time to count other votes (such as the mail in military ballots in this case), instead of prematurely declaring a winner on election night before all the votes are counted? Or are you saying you think they were counting it slow to see if they needed to lie about the vote count to change an outcome?
Either way, I don't know what to tell you other than to go volunteer as a precinct worker for an election and see if you still feel that way afterwards.

I know I don't stop in here much because as a never trump R, I don't think I fit the vibe of this forum. That said, I personally know Jefferson Griffin incredibly well. All I will say on the matter, is that the truth runs a lot deeper than what is on the news.
