Also, if we are having such anguish over this small department, what's going to happen when we start looking into larger departments. I agree, that in the grand scheme of things, this is small potatoes. So, why is there so much outrage about this? Trying to do anything big is going to be an absolute disaster...

It's been a great 2 1/2 weeks. It's such a novel concept to have a conservative leader actually following through on his campaign promises. And doing it so expediently as well. It's a new world.
The early response to budget and staff cuts at USAID has been telling as well. Seems there has been near silence from world leaders supposedly affected by the cuts. Meanwhile Democrats, their media allies, and their mouth breathing minions are hyperventilating about Africans dying from AIDS, people starving through out the world, and celebrating the possibility that red state farmers may be adversely affected by these acts.
I certainly don't have all of the answers to how these cuts will affect the world, but it sure seems apparent right now about who is the most affected.
