I don't think the mouth breather understands what he/she is saying, and, although it's most likely not remotely based in truth, completely justifies shuttering the agency.

How are the liberals going to explain how Chelsea Clinton became a multi millionaire of American tax dollars? 👀

Chelsea Clinton raked in $84 million.

Under longstanding American law, the scope and breadth of military-conducted trials is well defined and I don't see any justification for that assertion. Not saying it isn't there, but factual justification of the legality has yet to be provided. Even the post-911 tribunals have not been entirely accepted as settled law except perhaps in the case of foreign nationals.Werewolf said:
The dirt that's coming.......geez. It's call "show n tell" fellas. Though I have yet to find them funding trans operas, they seem to just fund Hillary Clinton’s friends stealing our tax money.

Trump campaigned on this and the people voted for it. It's absolutely hilarious seeing all these guys lose their complete minds over someone daring to look for waste in government spending. These same people were gleeful that the irs would be adding thousands more agents to audit us.caryking said:Hokie, my mind goes to one place on this. Also, if we are having such anguish over this small department, what's going to happen when we start looking into larger departments. I agree, that in the grand scheme of things, this is small potatoes. So, why is there so much outrage about this? Trying to do anything big is going to be an absolute disaster...
my only concern is the disruption of the good programs that in my opinion are in line with Americas priorities that are on the chopping block.caryking said:Hokie, my mind goes to one place on this. Everyone has to feel pain. So, let's start with the spending that goes overseas. Also, some of the spending is just a joke. People keep talking about fraud in the USAID… I just think it's dumb spending. Forget the fraud talk and start talking about unnecessary spending.hokiewolf said:my only concern is the disruption of the good programs that in my opinion are in line with Americas priorities that are on the chopping block.caryking said:Hokie, my mind goes to one place on this. I think the saving you'll find in other agencies with respect to discretionary spending still won't add up to ending the debt crisis, again, I still think it's a great process to go through, we're just unfortunately at the point where increased spending and tax cuts are going to bury us into Japanese for the last 30 years.
And he should continue his actions. Right now, he's flooding the zone with change. Libs can't keep up. That want last forever. We have a nice diatribe by (I think) Ezra Klein thats making its rounds in the liberal sphere. The libs will get their sea legs and try and change the narrative. We will see how things continue…jkpackfan said:Trump campaigned on this and the people voted for it. This is just the start and hopefully every department will be looked into including defense.
That why it's going to be tough to clean things up. Hokie says that we will never balance the budget without major changes to entitlements. He may be right; however, I think a microscope needs to be put on every dollar spent in the federal budget. If USAId is any indicator, who knows… perhaps individual coverage these entitlements provide don't need to be touched and we can balance things…Wolfblood said:
Call me cynical but I have a hard time believing that even the good or necessary spending by USAID is getting to the people it's supposed to help or at least a substantial percentage of it is reaching it's intended target. This is Echo Chamber 101, which these guys have been doing for decades. Create a tsunami of conspiracy nonsense, then repeat it over and over until it becomes "real".
